  Ibis budget worst Hotel ever !!

  PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU ARE TOTALLY OUT OF UR MIND! (A shelter for the homeless would be more welcoming)1. Getting into the hotel was very difficult for us, there was no clear entrance and no receptionist to help when we arrived (10pm)2. Please be aware this was not a good area to stay in, people were rude, lots of homeless people lurking around and people would ignore you if you didn’t speak French. Quite isolated from Paris city Center.3.The moment we entered the hotel there was an unbearable stench of urine from the lift and through out the hallways which was highly unpleasant.4.The room was miniature, was so hard to move around with three people that we couldn’t even open our suitcases. The room was filled with dust and stains everywhere.In the end we only stayed one night(only because it was too late to book another place) and ended up leaving the next morning to a place 500 times better.It is 100% worth spending a bit more cash and having a pleasant stay rather than saving your money for a horrible and unpleasant stay. If I could I would give this hotel 0 because it is so undeserving of even 1.

  Most uncomfortable stay in a hotel ever, in Paris France...

  We booked 4 nights at this hotel in July but could only bare to stay 3 as it was so unacceptably warm in the room, around 35 degrees.. Heat blasted through closed windows and blinds day and night. There were 3 of us in a small stifling room. The receptionist was very helpful but could nothing to resolve the issues. Even worse than this was the customer service following the stay. I have written to Ibis many times to complain about the problems, sometimes they reply and say we are looking into it and will get back to me soon... I first wrote July 18th and they have still not replied to my complaint. Completely unacceptable treatment of customers. Please look elsewhere - I would strongly advise against booking with Ibis. We have stayed in many Ibis hotels but will not be doing in the future.

  good 2star hotel for short trip in Paris

  Hotel was fine, rooms clean and comfortable, neighbourhood just ok ! 10-15 min walk to the metro. Takes about 50 minutes or so (couple of metro lines) to the sights of Paris centre. Just one complaint from us, after contacting the hotel to ask if our 2 rooms could be together as we were travelling with 3 kids, they confirmed the would be next to each other but on arrival they were in fact on different floors and at opposite ends from each other so couldn't have been more further away !! It was fine though as we just used the hotel as a place to sleep and was out from morning till late....

  good relationship between price and quality of service, problem was with the entrance to the hotel, no one was at the reception until 4pm and we did not get the code to enter the hotel even though we had previously done a check in online, the staff are friendly, the hotel is quite correct in price

  If you look for a good quality hotel which is not that expensive and lets you easily get to the capital, then this one is perfect for you. Rooms are very clean, metro is not that far away, you can go there by feet or bus, and people working here are always welcoming and kind. I have been to this hotel three times already and I plan to come back for my next trip. The best choice, truly recommend.
