    Nice business hotel with quite a good service

    A nice business hotel with fast internet. The Premiere Deluxe room was spacious and clean, featuring a comfortable King bed. The air conditioning worked well and had easy-to-set personal controls. Cleaning was done every day. It could be noisy at times, and I could hear people closing doors or talking. An average breakfast was offered, but it was tasty. Plenty of food places are located next to the hotel.

    Exceptional amenities and facilities. However, room service not done even i leave the ‘’make up room’ signal on the door. I ordered in room dining, pay cash, they didnt give the balance of rm4😅 they said they’ll cone back for the balance, but they didnt. Haha anyway its only rm4 , i didnt complaint during check out. Pool is small, indoor, not so interesting. N mayb because its ‘green ‘ hotel, the temp is quite warm. . In lobby and in cafe.Other than that all superb.     Firstly their facilities are not operating, secondly their room items are dirty with stains and when I ask the house keeping to check he can't even see the cup has a huge lipstick stain.     Paper-thin wall and window and smelly bathroom

    Stayed here for the first time as the usual hotels I stayed at previously were full due to the last minute travel plans.The hotel is a business hotel next to the SPICE and thus many guests were there for business.The room was ok as usual and the service was above average. The breakfast was nothing to shout about though. WiFi was most of the time stable too.The main issues were the walls and windows were paper-thin as for all the night I stayed, I was woke up in the middle of the night either by motor vehicles passing by on the main road or the next room’s guests talking or even snoring in one of the night.The bathroom also had a smell early in the morning as well as when I returned from work. The smell came from the drain in the bathing area.Overall the hotel functioned as it should be for a short business stay but it will not be on the top of my list for the next trip.     My first stay at the Olive Tree Hotel was in 2019. I thought it was an excellent hotel, and looked forward to staying there a second time this past December/January for a workshop. It continues to be an excellent hotel - clean, quiet, good breakfast buffet, helpful staff. Unfortunately, all their pillows and duvets are now stuffed with feathers and I am very allergic to feathers and down. When I asked for a non allergenic pillow and blanket (three times), I was told they only had feather pillows and duvets. So this is a warning for anyone with allergic sensitivity to feathers to not stay at the Olive Tree Hotel, as they do not have non-allergenic bedding and you might get sick.
