Location

This hotel is conveniently located beside popular Batu Ferringhi Beach on the northwest coast of Penang International Island (Pulau Pinang) in Malaysia. The island is linked to the mainland by the majestic Penang Bridge and offers an array of attractions that range from sandy beaches and a diverse culture and heritage to fine food and shopping. It is 17 km to Georgetown and 31 km to Penang International Airport.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 324 rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities available at the resort include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.     This place creates more than just memories. Sentimental resort. Came here multiple time since i was in school. The breakfast was something to look forward to with good view of the beach and big tree with swings which my parents love chilling there in the evening. Walking distance to convenience stores, cafes and apam balik snack stall which a must for tourist to try. 2 children pool play area which was a former tennis court. Took multiple types of rooms and all beach facing. All rooms are great, cleanliness good as always, clean and tidy prayer room, noise level not much as a resort with children screaming of joy means having good time. Recommended for all especially the breakfast.

    Thank you for the hospitality!Had a warm stay thanks to everyone. Checkin and checkout with Eita was smooth and smiley, Shah approached ys at the lobby to make sure we have a good stay and offered warm assistance, and Osman were so helpful with our luggae upon departure, thank you!

    Had such an amazing experience at gustoso in Park Royal Penang! The service was beyond fabulous, especially from firdaus and Indian people man-they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcomed throughout. I highly recommend dining here! The food is absolutely delicious, especially the spaghetti aglio olio and Angus beef burger a must-try. The service was also excellent. They really made the experience even better. The atmosphere was so chill and cozy, and I loved the decoration concept, it made the place feel very inviting.Will definitely come again!Great food, great vibes, and even better service.Definitely a place l'll keep coming back to!

    Enjoyable stay with minor inconsistencies

    We just completed a 5 nights stay at ParkRoyal Penang and overall had an enjoyable experience. The resort offers a pleasant beachfront setting, and most aspects of our stay met expectations.There were, however, two areas that could be improved. The first was the inconsistent replenishment of room amenities. As our room was registered for three guests, we expected three sets of towels and toothbrushes daily. On several occasions, only two towels and two toothbrushes were provided, while on other days we received two towels but three toothbrushes. While housekeeping was responsive when contacted, greater consistency would enhance the guest experience.The second issue related to the room upgrade. The hotel informed us that we had received a two category upgrade due to our GHA titanium membership, but the room assigned did not appear to match the description and photographs shown on both the GHA app and the ParkRoyal website. To the hotel’s credit, the matter was addressed professionally, so I will not go into further details. However, I hope management will review this feedback seriously to ensure that room descriptions, photographs, and upgrade communications are aligned, helping guests better understand what to expect.Despite these issues, we had a good stay overall and appreciate the efforts of the team in resolving concerns when raised.
