    Mr Nur service is unacceptable and i requested a full refund

    We checked in this hotel just about 10 minutes after arrived. We found in the room 133 that our phone line is not in coverage therefore we requested to change a room but then the receptionist Mr Nur mentioned that most of the room at this floor is the same and didn’t acted courteous to offered a room changing for us. What’s going on? Therefore when I going down to reception and discussing with them, they mentioned room changing and upgrading will be charges of RM40 which they didn’t offered us at first place. Then I humbly asked for refund because they didn’t offered me a room changing at same rates at first place and lastly they didn’t offered any solutions at all and ignored me for such small matters

    Check in was easy parked car outside lobby checked in, had a security deposit of rm 100 which is refunded upon checkout, car park is on the 5th and 6th floor you would need your room access card to enter car park. We got a room on the 15th floor, room was clean and view was great, Aircond takes a while to cool down but they have a ceiling fan too so it helps, got great views of Penang bridge and sea in the distance, there are many nice food shops behind the hotel, will surely come again

    We celebrated our family gathering on the 25 Dec 2019 at this hotel and were very pleased with the services rendered to us. The staff went out of their way to do the very best for our family. Sincere thanks to Kate and her team for being there on standby to see that the event went out well. The food was excellent and we had lots of fun and games.

    i had visited here last month with my friends, Hotel has been beautifully designed at HEART OF penang, well connected with highway.Rooms are well crafted for decency with all basic amenitiesfood was variety was decent at breakfast.however few things can be improved is IRD Services and HK services , they need to be more prompt on services,overall it was good stay.,

    A day where all system is down.

    I checked in on 27/4/18 and was told the system is down and they cannot issue printed receipt. Later when I parked my car into the building , I was told the parking ticketing system is down. It shows how poorly the whole hotel is managed. The parking insisted I pay before entry even as I told him I am a guest. I ask him if I can claim back later and he say no. But after complaining at the front desk, they say I can claim back. It shows how poorly the staff are train.Early morning , the housekeeping had his Wilkie talkie volume blasting away. What a nuisance.The water heater is placed so high, shorter guest will not be able to reache the temperature control.Wifi either doesn't work or none. The room is not worth rm 200. Cannot even match a budget hotel.
