There was nothing wrong with this hotel. The staff were friendly, the location was good for us, and it was clean, but there were beetles in and other insects in the bathroom. I'm not sure if that's just normal, though. The toilet did leak onto the bathroom floor (it wasn't the dirty water). I think it was just a pipe around the back, so it was always very wet in there

It’s a very good location, can just walk to many tourist attractions! The room is very nice ,clean and quiet! The workers are nice people! Easy to find restaurants,bars and supermarkets! Super convenient! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

this hotel is run by scammers. wouldn't let me pay by card and would only accept cash and wouldn't let me use my passport as deposit so i could get some cash the next day as the nearest atm wasn't working. very unhelpful person on the front desk and then had the cheek to charge me for a no show even though i was there but funny how they could take that from my card though. only accept cards when it suits them. stay away from this hotel its running a scam.

Mold and cockroaches

Lets start with the staff. They were totaly uninterested of our arrival and did not even welcome us. When we entered the room there was mold on the wall. The room did not have any window and later we found two cockroaches climbing on the wall. The only positive thing about this hotel was the location. Do not stay at this hotel, there are lots of better alternatives.

ProsGood ac,neat and clean rooms,close to all d nearby places and bus stop,lot of indian and malaysian food,7/11 nearby, good room service,elevatorConsKind of small room,wifi is weak in the rooms, everything in the other room can be heard, little bit more lighting options needed at correct place like in front of mirror.All in all it was a good experience and i am happy with my stay.
