    The room is not even prepared when it's already 6pm, have to wait for 2 hours to get our room key. When it's suppose to be done by 3pm.

    What is it with these people?I booked this hotel because I am 70 and need a pool for daily therapy.By the time I get there - they've closed the pool 8pm.IF I'd have known this I would have stayed with Citiidines in Georgetown.Their pool is 6:30 to 22:00PLUS, the bed and being is WAY better as this building is beginning to show its age NEVER AGAIN

    Zero soundproof! You can hear everyone in other rooms!

    The room is not soundproof, so you basically can hear everything your neighbors are saying. Unfortunately ours were a bunch of school kids with blasting disco music till late in the night. So wasn't a great feeling overall. Other than that room was clean and showers ok.     Miserable breakfast

    We had prepaid buffet breakfast for two people (60 ringgits). There is the worst prepaid breakfast in the world. We came at around 7.30 for breakfast and we found empty stations and leftover from previous night. I don't even talk about food safety. Who ate this leftover over night? It's insulting to offer something like that even as complimentary breakfast. This hotel failed all the way to provide a satisfactory breakfast to very very low point. The employee told me, when I asked him if there is their usual breakfast, this is only what they have. They should not feed dogs like that. Do not pay for breakfast if you don't want waste your money and eat nothing.It looks like if they don't have enough people staying in their hotel, the management doesn't care to prepare a breakfast, even if it is prepaid.     Comfy enough but seen better days, shower unacceptably cold

    Nice enough hotel with a comfortable bed but overall it has clearly seen better days. Room is obviously set up for a much larger bed (based on wall plugs and bed side tables) but we got a standard double. Walls and ceiling had marks on them and paint is peeling in places. Air conditioner worked well. Breakfast was great! Easily the largest buffet selection we’ve seen in 3 months in SEA and the breakfast staff were very friendly. Biggest problem was the shower, it didn’t even get close to hot enough. We showered in the morning and in the evening and both times the water was unacceptably cold.
