    It was ok. The front desk staff is nice.

    The rooms are small. The air conditioning does not work well. The breakfast is ok. The view sucks. The room smells stale. The shopping close by is good. But aside from that. I will not stay here again, it’s unfortunate being a 4 star hotel. I thought it would be better.     We loved our stay at the hotel! The bed linens were divine as were the pillow choices. I’d forgotten my toothbrush and was pleased to see an array of amenities and nice fresh robe. Breakfast was plentiful with excellent coffee. We will be back!     We have stayed in Logrono on many occasions, but this is the first time at this hotel. Handy, very central location, with underground parking, and very spacious parking, for a change ! Very clean rooms, excellent breakfast, good value for money. will be staying again next year.     Lovely 4 star hotel smack bang in the middle of town

    A lovely 4 star hotel smack bang in the middle of town. We received a very professional and pleasant welcome and were given a large room on the 6th floor overlooking the Gran Via. Very clean, modern furnishings, with a fridge and free bottles of water. The marble-clad bathroom was large and had a bidet and bath. We had a very comfortable night.We would have been happy to give the hotel an excellent rating if it had been a little quieter. Although we were high up, we could hear road noise, the cleaner bumping around upstairs, and a fair bit of noise from the corridor.Also, for a four star hotel, I would have expected separate shower gel and shampoo, rather than an all-in-one lotion in a bottle, and a safe.It’s ideally placed if you’re travelling without a car, being about a 10 minute walk from the (huge and empty) train station and bus station.

    The hotel was easy accesible, staff was very helpful. We received spontaneously an attention with fruit and cooled water! Breakfast was very rich with a lot of choices! The location was just outside the busy old center!
