    The auntie with specs very rude and terrible, deposits forget to return even after one week. I call and WhatsApp her then only she transfer and took 3 days to go into my bank account. Is a scammer hotel , don't book !!!! Even after I check in, they arrange me a very bad room and ask me to upgrade in middle of the night where so noisy the room becomes and I can't skeep

    It’s really impressed me! The room is so so so clean! The bed is comfortable! I had a good sleep. With a such price, wort it! Btw, they have a restaurant with delicious food. The staffs are friendly too. Thumbs up! I’m sure I will go back again whenever I’m in Penang.

    Let’s get the basics out of the way - convenient location, spacious and clean rooms, reasonable rates. Ticks all the boxes for a solo traveler there for business. Even the Cable TV works which is a surprise when compared to even larger chains. Hotel is a converted colonial building with only 12 rooms, a great restaurant and a small-ish spa. Even though there was a rousing party going on thru the weekend, my room was well insulated from the revelry and crowd. Warm reception when I eventually checked in.

    This hotel is a beautiful french like design with just 19 super beautiful rooms. The hotel is just so lovely and sooo clean..so happy to stay there..so romantic..super beautifu; even from the outside..very well designed..like a beautiful French chateau!! Just peep into the Toilets that is outside..super beautiful with Gold trimming and a gold tap and beautiful flowery design and super clean with every thing you need..luxurious.

    Beautiful setup creative design, super clean, spacious bathroom. Parking provided. Toiletries provided although shower gel could have been better. Security is good, no stranger can enter as entry is card basis. Would be better to have breakfast included in the price. Satisfied with the stay, thanks.
