  I stayed in a two-bedroom suite, which was absolutely beautiful. The unit was very clean, neat, and well maintained. The bathroom was spotless, which made the stay even more comfortable. I especially loved the bedroom setting and the way the towels were presented on the bed — it added a very nice and thoughtful touch to the overall experience.The environment was wonderful, with a beautiful beach view and all rooms facing the sea, which made the stay very relaxing and enjoyable. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained, and the surroundings were very pleasant.I would also like to highlight the excellent service provided by the staff. The two Indian receptionist staff members who handled my discharge were very helpful, polite, and professional, even though I unfortunately did not get their names. Their friendliness and willingness to assist made the process smooth and pleasant. Overall, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, which truly enhanced the stay.One small suggestion for improvement: during discharge, I had to self-service my luggage by going down to get a luggage trolley and bringing it to my room myself. It would be even better if the hotel could provide bell service assistance for luggage, as this would add more convenience and elevate the guest experience further.Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay, and I truly appreciate the cleanliness, beautiful sea view, and the friendly service provided by the staff.   Good location for transport and good view from the balconies. But wifi was patchy and I had to change rooms. In the second room the air con did not work and had to call maintenance. No hot water in the shower (max was cool) and no cooking facilities, although it is supposed to be for long-stay. All in all, it did not meet my expectations. The best part was the door security staff who were always well turned out, polite and helpful.   We love the stay. The rooms conditions are good. The beds are very comfortable The kitchen is clean. The view is superb. Overall, the unit gives a very comfortable, good and peaceful feeling for a relaxing holiday.The staff on duty were very friendly and very helpful. They were very prompt to provide assistance. Walking extra miles to help me ordering food and bringing the food up to the room unit where I stayed. Helped to dispose rubbish promptly to avoid foul smell lingered in the room. A very efficient and a fast checking-in and checking-out. Thank you Daishu, Mohd Aiman Asyra, house keeping staff for your pleasant services that made our stay at Tanjung Point Residence a wonderful holiday.   Very good choice of Hotel in Penang island.

  Very nice Hotel with very nice room with large balcony. Super kind and professional staff always ready to help you. The view from the balcony and from the very nice pool is fantastic. The beach was not swimmable at the time we were there because of the jelly fish but you can walk on the beach or rent a jet boat. You are at 30 minutes by bus to Georgetown or 30 minutes to Batu Ferringhi. We really like our stay at Tanjung Point Residence.
