Location

The hotel is located within walking distance of the old business district of Georgetown, on its eastern side, and the growing commercial tourism district on its western side. It is situated along the Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah, a protocol road which has earned a reputation as the corporate address of almost all listed companies in Penang. The central business and entertainment/shopping district is a few minutes away. The Gurney Drive promenade is also easy to reach on foot.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 142 rooms. Multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     A very great, friendly and helpful staff. But the design of interior was a bit old school, but it helps to reminisce my childhood memory. However, really looking forward for their new facelift. Definitely will comeback for their new design. Love the location very convenience to go all the hotapot and touristy places. The hot tub is amazing, bfast is average, overall was 3.5 over 5. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Potential to bloom with some TLC...Arrived around 3++ PM.Check in was fast.Got the room on 27th floor.Got the view of the sea.Room layout and size is good.No doubt interior is dated.Good size bath with jacuzzi tub.Had some electrical issue late night.They offer room change.New room is even bigger.All seems to function.Tried breakfast in the morning.Decent choice of spread.Food were OK.But saw some tiny roaches around.Overall this place got potential with some TLC.As the location is great: easy get around walking or taking Grab.

    I stayed at the hotel as I had to attend a function.Rooms are big but old.The sofa cover looks like it had not been washed before.The room is cooling enough.Beds are okay.Hospitality was at its worst.I got a phone call from reception at 10.30am to check out at 12.00pm.As if that was not enough.The house keeping brought 2 towel at 11.00am when I did not request for it and I was about to check out.I feel this is how the hotel chase people out or 'make sure' they check out before time.

    Not surprised nor shocked. Reception lobby areas right up to our guestroom surroundings looked rather deteriorated woody landscape. Arranged for wake up call, was not awakened and late for an appointment.All staff tried their best and shown a guest relationship sincerity to avoid any shortcomings.Location of the hotel is good and easy access to Gurney nightlife areas. Overall, really needs to show commitment for improvement to be competitive, again.

    We stay for 1 night inside the junior suite, quite big room with jacuzzi. Enjoy the view of penang town, please do an improvement inside the room look like no maintenance done, during night time like horror room
