  "Budget Hotwl which tried to advertise as Botique Hotel"

  Photos illustrates as Boutique Hotel but it is in fact a Budget Hotel. Bed Sheet and Towels were grey in colour, the rooms require an upgrade in term of sound proof. Our 1 night stay was during the Recovery Movement Control Order, therefore the free breakfast being offered was not serve in the common pantry but the staff will actually distribute packed breakfast (Nasi Lemak bungkus & Mineral Water) room-by-room, portion of breakfast was quite generous. Location of the hotel is good provided if you traveled by car. Exterior of the hotel looks interesting and antique.

  Simple and basic room, there is free breakfast for all the customers. Although the outside view of this hotel is quite old and in coco colour, but the inner view of this budget hotel is beautiful. It is recommended to people who would like to have a short trip to Penang or stay at Penang for a night for a job purpose..

  Dear Management : Have you check your room before sales to the customer ? On agoda you already inform the room come with tv when i arrival check in everything was ok BUT when i step in to the room i saw the room very bad and the room there no TV.i go down and ask the staff why one of my room there no Tv (she inform because i have booked basic room so basic room there no Tv) hahaha so funny. she lie wrong person because i stay there more than 3 time so i know well the room how is look. when i fight with the staff she still try to lie me until i show her in agoda site your hotel got show the room come with TV then she quiet and i ask her to call the manager let me tell your manager what the policy your hotel running on. IF your hotel try to lie me you gais wrong person,Im from hotel line i know well rules and policy of the Hotel.

  Upon arrival At 12.30pm, before I couldnt even ask, the guy at the front desk said check in 2pm. A few minutes later when I asked if there was somewhere I can leave my luggage, I was given a key to my room. The room had dust and broken cement at every corner, the cupboard smelled awful and the toilet/bathroom had no ventilation at all. The bathroom was new, but the tiles were slippery when wet. No ventilation meant the hot steam from the shower had nowhere to go, that also meant some odours had nowhere to go too.The hotel is opposite a futsal court, be prepared for shouting till at least 2am. There was no laundry facilities and breakfast was a joke. We are still having a stomach ache from it. Dont take rooms on the ground floor, inconsiderate people talk on the phone next to your window all the time. We ended up banging on the windows asking them to move.. Disappointing stay to say the least.

  Front desk staff - not friendly, my room not very clean, the room smell also bad. so disappointed they off the toilet water about 11pm. luckily i only stay one night. not recommended. the only ok for this hotel is the location was not very bad. hopefully they can upgrade the service.
