    Very clean hotel , friendly staff , nice location, all good experience and value for money Hotel smells so nice and coffee shops and restaurants are everywhere aroundRoom quite small with no Waredrop but it is ok for a short stay . Bathroom is very clean and equipped, many thanks

    The rooms are clean, fully equipped with amenities and reasonably well insulated from noise. The bed is comfortable, the A/C unit is quiet, and the shower water pressure is excellent!My all-time favorite feature is the fast and reliable internet connection, which doesn't require constant logins to stay connected 👍Above all, bicycles are allowed to be kept in the room. The corridors are spacious, and the two lifts are roomy and reasonably fast.The hotel is in a great location with a vibrant neighbourhood, surrounded by shops and delicious food stalls. There's pasar malam (night market) right across the road, open every Sat evening. It's more of a local district than a tourist area, so it's a bit far from popular sites such as Gurney Drive or Batu Ferringhi. My only gripe is the lack of a mini fridge to store cold drinks and other items.

    Picked this hotel because of the Southern location. New hotel but poor maintenance.  Had to call front desk for toilet paper holder and fridge. Both missing from my room 427.Halfway through my shower, hot water stopped flowing.Basement sheltered carpark not open for use,  had to park in their open air carpark.Food courts nearby. Pleasant staff.

    Small hotel located in Gelugor, almost right next to USM. Plenty of eateries with different cuisines (fast food to Chinese to mamak to Malay to other Asian). Lotus's (formerly Tesco) is just next door. Parking is available and complimentary for hotel guests. Room itself is good size. Bathroom also good. Water pressure was excellent. Comfortable bed and pillows. Amenities were basic but adequate. Housekeeping was efficient. Ask for a quiet room. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. A refundable deposit in cash of RM100 is required for the room and another RM20 for each key card. It was a good stay.
