    The hotel was satisfactory. The room was cleaned daily. Outside of the room the hall carpets on the 9th floor was covered in debris from the works been carried out. The pool was very poor and in need of some improvement in the area. There was no where to sit unless you wanted a lounger that was so low to the floor that you would need to be on your hand and knees to climb on. The breakfast restaurant on the 2nd floor was very below what was expected. The hard boiled eggs were raw. Very poor choice and ants crawling around the area of the breads and cakes. No bar area to sit on a evening. And no where really close to go for a alternative meal unless you got a taxi. Nesh one of the managers could not do enough for us and made our trip a joy. I would recommend to visit Penang just not this hotel.

    Good Value but Needs Some Touch-Ups

    I stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel has plenty of parking and the staff were polite. Check-in was fast, but they required a deposit of 100. My room was on level 8, where there was some renovation going on.The room itself was nice and clean, with a good ocean view, but the wallpaper was peeling off. Breakfast had many varieties to choose from, though the plates and glasses could have been cleaner.Overall, it’s a cheap hotel with not many people around, so it felt quiet. Good value for the price, but some improvements are needed.

    Excellent housekeeping staff always help me when i need. Good cleanliness when i stay. Room only need to renovation due old furniture. Overall satisfied with stay in vouk. Next time i will try book Executive room with fantastic sea view. Definitely I will come again here.

    I check in on 27/9 , executive room they mentioned with a bathtub . When enter the room , the room were very smelly , the bed lights was blinking , the towel are also smelly . The rooms also takes times to cold (30 mins probably ).With this price I think 💭 I have multiple better choice than this hotel . Outside and lobby looks new , but the room furniture looks like antic shop . The massage chair in the room is made for kids I predict . The parking area also another joke , you park your car then you will know .The only thing good about this hotel , they have multiple tv channel for your family

    Well Done Hospitality!!! I have stay this hotel for 2 days overall satisfaction with service and money paid for stay this hotel. Housekeeping staff very friendly and room very clean and comfortable stay at Vouk hotel. Definitely i will be back on next business trip.
