Beautiful beach . Loved the fine sand and clear crystal waters of the sea . And the resort staff are always welcoming and with a smile . Very helpful staff . A special mention is the Guest experience executive Bryan who handled all our concerns professionally This makes my stay enjoyable .On the downside the resort looks tired and in need of refurbishmentOverall a good holiday

Trip to the turtles

This is the only hotel in the bay. We came at the end of March which is considered a low season, but the weather was really nice! Clear water, plankton doesn't bite. It is easy to swim on a kayak and snorkel with the turtles. Very calm. Very friendly staff. Hamdan from reception is very attentive ❤️ ❤️Sandflies sometimes bit us. But the good thing is that the hotel provides balm after bites, and prevention method (the spray on the beach, it really helps).

Second visit here and can’t wait to return

We stayed here for our honeymoon in 1999 for our honeymoon when it was Berjaya Redang . This time it was a little treat to return as we have just come back from a 3 month trip around SE Asia. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish . Hamdan Rajab checked us in and engaged in a very friendly way . He even checked every day with us to see if we had any plans or if he could assist us with anything . Excellent service !!Rizal the restaurant manager was another stand out team member , constantly engaging with us in the restaurant , and some days when we was laying around the pool , without asking he would bring us cold iced water to drink . Again excellent service . Also the young waitress Mardiana was always looking after us.I think our favourite though has to be Nawi , when we stayed there in 1999 he was a waiter in the restaurant but he is now working in maintenance. He heard we was back and he come and seen us a couple of times on his breaks . He’s not only a good staff member , he is also our friend for life . We said that all the islands and beaches we have visited the last 3 months , this is the best beach but wasnt very good in our kayak , we kept going around in circles . We also visited at the tail end of the monsoon season and was a little worried that the weather might be raining but it was perfect , we never seen a cloud in the sky the whole 5 nights .
