  Disappointing breakfast

  Front exterior entrance is nicely kept with flowers. Front desk was effective and friendly. The room was good with a couoke exceptions, the mattress was clearly sagging and they had no way to cover the window curtains They were only partially covering the window and it left the majority of the window uncovered and it was very bright with exterior buildings giving off light so the room was far from dark. My main complaint is the breakfast. They advertise a healthy continental breakfast is included. I didn’t find anything healthy other than yogurt. Fruit was a processed fruit cup in syrup ( individual), muffins were the ones you would expect from a cheap motel. The set up was poor, with the utilization of the bar area which was way too narrow, people banging into one another. They also didn’t have staff so people lined up in the same bar area to order ( extra charge) hot foods. Server didn’t manage to come to the tables. Breakfast was a big disappointment, and all guests sitting nearby agreed.   Very poor service

  We stayed two nights. They never made up the room or changed the towels once. When I called the front desk, he said if I came down, he would give me a few. Very, very poor service. Never again. Way too expensive for a poor experience.   Great Location for shows at Rogers Stadium

  This hotel was great for the one night we stayed! We attended the Noah Kahan Concert at Rogers Stadium and this hotel was the perfect location to hop on the train to the show. Room and staff were all great! It was a little outdated and in our room the light switch was on the outside of the bathroom, but it was fine for the short time we stayed.

  Booked two rooms No poolThey aren’t bad rooms but been to better for same price Arrived early am to park car which is good for free but… check in at 3 they didn’t have the rooms clean nor side by side like I was told.. second room wasn’t ready til 430Pull out couch had used sheets on itFive minute to wonderland and outlet mallCharged me 50 dollars more for 2 teens .. only kids under 12 are free and breakfast all junk Other hotels is kids under 17 are freeIMO…Pay for parking elsewhere and get a better breakfast and free for kids and a pool and newer hotels have better options for same cost

  Unexpected Concert Reschedule Left Us Paying for an Unused Hotel Room

  We had a room booked from May 23 to 24, 2026, and the only reason for our stay was that we had tickets to the Bruno Mars concert at Rogers Stadium on May 23. We travelled from Ottawa to Toronto by train, and then took the subway toward the hotel. While we were on the subway, at around 2:30 PM on May 23, we received an email informing us that the concert had been rescheduled to May 31 due to weather.As soon as we found out, we called the hotel to ask if we could cancel the room, since the entire purpose of our trip was no longer happening. We understand the 24-hour cancellation policy, but in this case we were only notified of the change a few hours before check-in, and the situation was completely outside of our control.Despite explaining this, the hotel declined to cancel the reservation and charged us the full amount. Given the circumstances, we truly feel the room should have been cancelled without penalty, as we had no choice in the matter and no reason to stay in Toronto that night.
