    Heavy Cigarette smell

    Been staying here for a few times now. We were able to get early check in which was nice. When we got in our roo. There was an heavy smell of cigarettes even tho its a non smoking room. The curtains and the bed smelled pretty bad. But other than that it was an ok stay.     If you need to stay close to the Pearson Airport it's a good place. The staff is very friendly, cleanses A1, reasonable prices, great breakfasts .     Comments based on a 2-day stay: A very average hotel in terms of the quality of services offered, at exorbitant prices. But above all, the management style is typical of American hotels – guests are seen as a nuisance rather than valued customers.     Poor products for personal use

    Avoid if you are vegetarian/vegan, and even if you follow Halal. The first ingredient of their soaps is sodium tallowate (ground up fatty acids from cows and sheep). Luckily there’s a Walmart across the road to buy your own soap. It’s 2025… get some cruelty free products!     Recently stayed there and mistakenly left glasses case with 2 pairs of sunglasses, one prescription and the other non prescription. Unfortunately, housekeeping only "found" the prescription pair. Hotel management unhelpful with situation. Do not take anything valuable
