    Very dissapointed about the room, it was very dark and a bathtub for 4 persons in a room which is very inconvenient and not logic. We went to see reception but they told us they can place some more lights to brighten the room but cannot change our room as the hotel is facing high occupancy. Thus, could not solve our issues but instead placed another extra bed which wasn't the problem. However, the hanger for towels is too high and this is not convenient for small people like us. It is the first time that i came such hotel like this and stayed only 1 night instead of 2 nights. The service is very poor as i called reception twice but no answer. Will never come again.     Best 3-star hotel opposite beach

    Wonderful 2-week stay at Aanari Hotel. My room was clean and spacious and had a walk-in shower. The room was equipped with everything I needed including shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, towels, fridge, air con, and tea making facility. Beach towels were changed at reception. I slept beautifully on the large king-sized bed which was very comfortable. The staff really made my holiday - special thank you to Hans Sumputh the Manager and Rikesh the restaurant waiter for your highly efficient service and your genuine care, attention and hospitality. Thank you to the reception for all your assistance; also to the chef for all the good variety of tasty food we enjoyed and the room cleaner for keeping my room immaculate. Breakfast was plentiful and included scrambled eggs and so much freshly cut tropical fruits. The sega entertainment on Mauritian themed night was lovely. The location was ideal with Flic-en-Flac beach opposite and Carrefour supermarket next door. It has a spa and an outdoor swimming pool which I didn’t have time to use as I preferred the beach and had a hired car to visit all over the island. Free parking was provided on-site behind the hotel. The price was very affordable for half board. This hotel is a gem and I cannot recommend it highly enough for exceeding my expectations. I will definitely come back. The location is truly excellent, with easy access to the beach and nearby facilities, making it very convenient for both relaxation and exploring the area.What really stood out during our stay was the exceptional service.     I recently stayed at Aanari Hotel & Spa during my holidays in Mauritius, and my experience turned out to be far more memorable than expected — in the best possible way.Due to ongoing tensions in the Middle East, my Emirates flight back to Singapore was cancelled, which left me needing to extend my stay at very short notice. The team at Aanari Hotel & Spa handled the situation with absolute professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making the extension process smooth and stress-free at a time when travel uncertainty can be overwhelming. Thanks to the good internet connection, I was able to work remotely.From the front desk to housekeeping, every staff member showed empathy and flexibility, ensuring I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the extended stay. Their calm and solution-oriented approach truly stood out and reflects the hotel’s strong commitment to guest satisfaction.Beyond this exceptional support, the hotel itself was a pleasure — clean, comfortable rooms, a relaxing atmosphere, and a great location to enjoy Mauritius.
