Facility

The complex was modernised in 2021. The hotel has a lift and features 141 non-smoking rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided to guests. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Children can enjoy the playground. We had a huge family trip this time. We were taken care of everything from top to bottom with special curated food menu. Anelia has larger than life rooms and infinity pool with great indian ocean view. At last, it was outstanding experience for us all. The resort staff were extremely helpful and polite specially frontoffice manager and Harish. Our problems were resolved in no time by them.
