  Another fabulous holiday at Constance Prince Maurice. Location stunning, staff fantastic, food excellent and a variety of things to do both at the resort and around the island. One of our stand out experiences was the wine tasting in the amazing cellar. Jaisen is so passionate about wine, it's infectious and it clearly rubs off on his team of sommeliers. No surprise he is an award winner!Every member of staff make you feel special and so at home. Nothing is too much trouble.We can't wait to go back!   Lovely hotel lovely staff. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. All the staff so friendly.its a very relaxing hotel and it's my second time there. I will be going back. You pay for the relaxation.   Our number one!!

  We are currently staying at the Prince Maurice.. celebrating my 80th and our 55th wedding Anniversary. …a return visit that is proving even more truly wonderful than our previous stay! The accommodation,surroundings, food etc are all amazing but what sets this hotel apart is the absolutely wonderful staff. No matter whether they are in reception, restaurants, beach areas etc they are all so efficient and caring ..genuine warm smiles but also the ability to make your stay even more special! If like me you are coeliac and really do need gluten free food, then absolutely no worries here! The chefs will point out what you can eat and,like Alvin,the main pastry chef, make you some individual dessert that is gluten free but also very special !! It’s wonderful and absolutely unique to be so well looked after! I’ve never had that feeling anywhere else! The variety of food here is amazing , from seafood or Mauritian themed spectacular buffets to cocktail events or Asian evenings, to special chef’s menus ..you will never tire of a delicious meal. Tomorrow we are looking forward to a special candle lit anniversary dinner on the floating barachois restaurant after a day spent watching the Ladies Golf European tournament on complimentary VIP tickets!! How amazing is that!There are plenty of activities to do here apart from the amazing golf courses or you can just enjoy the stunningly. beautiful surroundings and completely relax. We’ve been to lovely hotels all over the world…but this is without doubt our number one choice!!
