Rooms

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include half board and full board. A continental breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request.     The facilities were amazing, and ile aux cerfs was a great beach. Service was amazing especially Warren and Florian by the beachfront.

    It was our 3rd visit to the hotel, last time was just before the renovation, we stayed 2 weeks, golfing almost every day. Apart from 3 little (what I would consider nitpicking) issues at restaurants, we have experienced the service and luxury we expected. All the staff is professional and always ready to help or propose service, with a smile, everybody knew our name and was very attentive, it was good to be feeling welcome. Big thanks to all the staff from front desk, drivers, service at restaurant, beach, up to the management, great staff. Room was garden pool villa and was very good, serviced and cleaned as expected. It was a surprise to have a birthday cake in the room at arrival, very nice initiative from the hotel, and very much appreciated. Beach, the one on the Ile aux Cerfs that you can reach by boat is beautiful. The beach in front of the hotel is not natural and not as beautiful but we liked to stay there after golf, after a while the beach staff had registered where we usually seat and we found our preferred place ready when we arrived, that's service, and we did not ask for this, that's why I like Four season, these little nice surprises. Golf, this time it was perfect, our last stay was in high golf season and I did have complains, (see my others reviews), but this time it was kind of low season and we did not experienced any issue, on top we were able to play as couples alone, starter was very nice to offer this when possible at Anahita, we played a few times also at Ile aux Cerfs and that's a lovely golf as always.Food, we where a bit disappointed that buffet for dinner was only for the Tuesday special Mauritian night. All restaurants were very good but with small menu so you quickly get around the menu. The 3 issues I mentioned earlier : 1 - The Awase asian restaurant, the food is excellent but the portions are small, we went away still a little hungry for the 2 times we went. 2 - Angara Indian restaurant, my other half has chosen the "Luxurious Vegan Tiffin" which listed a masala dosa, and it was missing, that was one of the 4 elements, so only 3 where presents, and not in quantity, when we complained the chef came to the table to excuse himself, the masala dosa was not present because he did not have the correct ingredient (they should have mentioned that at order and directly then propose a replacement). But he made amend by proposing some other vegetarian curry, that he made rapidly, they were absolutely fantastic, pity they don't have these a la carte.3 - Radici Italian restaurant, the dessert "la nostra torta" mentioned puff pastry, but it came as sponge pastry, my other half would not have ordered if it was not puff pastry. it was good but not what was sold on the menu. We mentioned that to the server, no idea it that made up the chain.To us best restaurant was ti-Pwason on the beach, no fault, and of course the Tuesday dinner buffed which offer many Mauritian curry and food that was super delicious.Overall, great great vacation and if finance allow (yes four season is not specially cheap) we will be back at some point in the future.

    We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel. One of the staff members even drew a little design for me on my crêpe, which was such a thoughtful and special touch. It truly made the experience feel personal and memorable.The service throughout our stay was excellent — everyone was friendly, attentive, and welcoming.     Truly memorable stay for all the 4 seasons :)

    The resort is in a wonderful location on the eastern side of the island. We have visited this resort before, as well as others on this side of the island. The resort underwent a full renovation a few years ago, and as a result, the rooms—essentially standalone villas spread across the resort—are beautifully appointed, both in terms of hard and soft décor, and feel very high-end.We stayed in a three-bedroom villa overlooking the ocean, with each room having its own en-suite, along with a living room, kitchen, private plunge pool, and a huge garden area. We absolutely loved the villa—it was perfect for us. The landscaping across the resort is also superbly curated. We spent our entire visit within the resort and really enjoyed simply relaxing and spending time in and around the property.The resort has two kids’ clubs—a teens’ club and a facility for younger children—both of which we used. The kids loved spending time there. They are well run, have great facilities, and really allowed the adults to enjoy some child-free time.One of the best aspects of the resort is that you can do as little or as much as you like. The resort has a gym and tennis facilities, all of which are top-notch. In addition, we took advantage of the water sports, as well as a number of the excursions they offer, many of which are complimentary.There are several restaurants in the resort, headed by executive chef Olivier, and all of them are excellent. We particularly loved the Italian restaurant—Chef Sergio prepared some wonderful meals. A special shout-out as well to the pastry chef Alexandre. We celebrated some milestones during our stay, and he created some delicious egg-free cakes for us.Overall, we really loved our stay from start to finish. The resort truly is wonderful in every way, and the warmth of the hospitality was a real differentiator. Maria, who was our guest-experience “angel,” really lived up to the name. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she played a big part in making our stay so special.
