  Stayed four nights. Good location within walking distance of the beach and several restaurants and shops, still far enough from the town center to be reasonably quiet. Expect to hear some barking dogs during the night (bring ear plugs and white noise).Spacious, clean room. Amenities included mini-fridge, electric kettle and laptop-size safe. Comfortable bed and pillows. Well lit desk area. Sufficient number of well located power sockets. No screens at the windows (which would have been helpful, since housekeeping always left the bathroom windows open).Bathroom with everything in working order. Shower with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The sink leaked some water from the base to the counter, which I reported to management. Wifi was alright, although it periodically slowed down and disconnected. Served breakfast (fixed menu): it wasn't my choice of food, but it was alright and fine for vegetarians.They play music at the bar every evening (live band on Saturday) and you'll definitely hear it and feel the vibration from your room, but it ends at 21:00, which is quite reasonable.   Worst guest house I ever booked and I regretted my choice bitterly

  My experience at this small guest house was beyond disappointing and hardly qualifies as a resort. It was the worst accommodation I've ever encountered. I had booked it for my birthday, paying in full for two days. Upon arrival, we were shown to a small windowless room, despite being two adults and my daughter. The room was a mess and without bedsheet and pillows, and when I asked for cutlery to cut my birthday cake in my room, the owner rudely refused, insisting I use their poorly decorated restaurant. This made me feel unwelcome and insignificant.Later that evening, we skipped dinner due to the unpleasant atmosphere created by the owner. Feeling uneasy and disappointed, I decided to leave in the middle of the night and requested a refund. However, instead of cooperating, the owner insulted me, shouting and humiliating me in front of my daughter. It was a traumatic experience. Despite my requests, she adamantly refused any refund, treating me disrespectfully throughout.I strongly advise against spending your money at this place. The owner's behavior was rude, disrespectful, and exhibited a poor colonial mentality. She demonstrated a complete lack of respect for customers, making my stay unbearable.   Very disappointing hotel

  While the place itself has a lot of potential the owners are very cold. We didn't feel welcome. Just hello here's your key and here's your room. No smiles no more information. We were on BB but when asked for dinner but we were told the restaurant is booked while later only 6 tables were served. So if you don't book early morning you don't get dinner. Breakfast is very basic.The garden is a nice chill out place but not maintained or cleaned properly.Only positive things is that the room was very clean. stella rina, Directeur général at Stella Rina Hotel, responded to this review nous sommes désolé si nous vous avons fais mauvaise impression, pour le diner nous travaillons qu'avec des produits frais, pas de viandes ou poissons congelé donc c'est pas le nombre qui compte mais nous achetons pas de surplus pour ne pas jeter et comme nous ne voulons pas congeler.... petit déjeuner avec du sucré et salés vous vouliez quoi de plus ? le jardin est entretenu 2 fois par semaine.... au moins vous avez été content de la propreté de la chambre...

  Quite place, Suitable for couples but need some maintenance

  Hotel is beautiful with pool and cool dining area. Breakfast served was tasty daily. Staff was very friendly and nice. Always had smile on face.You will find market, restaurants at walking distance.Room was very well cleaned daily.Car parking is available for at least 6 cars.Shower was not upto the mark, was not adjustable.Room had single bed joined to make queen size bed not a suitable thing for a couple.

  Lovely hotel

  Great little hotel about a 25 minute walk into town. Quiet but with a smattering of great restaurants a few minutes walk away. Pool was great and the breakfast, both cooked and continental, were made with pride. Extra star for the owner allowing us to check out very late due to our evening flight.
