    It's absolutely disappointing & totally unacceptable that i need to keep emailing Ms.Yohana,the so called manager& the entire reservations team regarding my reward nights which were not given to me on my 2 night stay.Despite writing so many emails,Yohana and Mr.Ved and neither of the staff has had that much courtesy to reply since 20th September and looked into the matter.Totally unprofessional & laid back staff.REWARD NIGHTS is my privilege as an IHG member which the hotel team has deprived me of.I have never faced this issue in any other IHG hotel except Holiday inn Mauritius!!!It falls very poorly on IHG group & shows absolute inefficient customer service & unprofessional behaviour, this hotel doesn't fit to be a part of the IHG group of hotels!!!Totally disgusted.I don't recommend this hotel if you are vacationing in Mauritius.

    The taxi didn't get very far on the way there. The security man didn't even say hello. The room wasn't ready, of course. The air conditioning wasn't strong enough. There were no TV programs in English. Instead of non-alcoholic beer, I was served cider. Lots of little things that weren't good. Originally submitted in German on www.tripadvisor.de.     Best layover ever (thanks Air Mauritius!)

    The best layover I could have imagined!On a long trip home from Europe to Perth, I was placed here with a ‘day pass’ while on a 17hr transit between flights. Shuttle from airport (from gate 4- was hard to find as there was no info and I did have to call… but apparently there are green phone totems in the arrival area for you to use).Arrived early and was welcomed with a clean, well stocked room for a shower, before a full buffet breakfast. Back to the room for a snooze (choice of firm/soft pillows), then a 3 course lunch (?!) before hopping on the shuttle to sit on a beach for a couple hours.All provided by air Mauritius to account for a long layover- absolute dream.Hotel is right by airport and they will take you back super quick whenever your flight is. Staff super attentive and friendly. If you aren’t on a layover I am guessing you are a bit far from the ‘action’ but for me it really was perfect. Maybe consider for the night before you fly as a lovely and convenient end.
