    We book for a big family of 15 persons, we had a great experience, we were approched by the staff to ensure service satisfaction was met,the room was clean and spacious.The staff went above and beyond.We met Mr Vivek who was very friendly and approachable to ensure our stay was 5*.     We had a very enjoyable family stay at Riu Turquoise. The hotel was clean, the food was excellent, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The bar service and kitchen were outstanding. The only reason for 4 stars is that we felt a little rushed by a server during dessert, and we were disappointed that no complimentary birthday cake was offered for our son's birthday. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

    Nice hotel but had a very disappointing time. Forgot 2 pairs of branded shoes in a room occupied by my boys.Had to call several times to have assistance. Only one pair is found when both pairs were in the same room.Hkp says only one pair is found.I believe they stole the brand new branded shoes. The lost and found policy is useless according to me.There is no integrity at all in staff.Had to send several mails to get the room checked etc.Very shameful for doing such a thing.I advice people to watch out for their belongings at Riu turquoise.
