  The best and amazing experience

  Perfect location for amazing holiday Quiet, professional atmosphere,with the most amazing , awesome staff.Rooms neat and was serviced dailyReal gem ,all meals included with activities for all ages, my first kayak and paddle boat experience with so patient instructors Would like to thank all the staff from reception to house keeping, waiters, managers and cleaners. You all were nothing short of excellence in service , I am in awe of the care, respect and sense of family treatment that we received.Special thanks to Varun ,Krishna,Ganesh and all staff from Benitiers, food and service was impeccable. I was so surprised for my birthday Wen I was treated like Royalty,given cake and champagne with special table prepared. thank youAlso to Heman ,Dinesh,Raja and Kevin, you made our stay so comfortable by seeing to all our needs without delay. You communicated on daily basis to ensure we were happy and treated well.Love everything about the place and staff I came in contact with and will definitely be coming back 💞💕💞💯💯💯

  Lovely anniversary trip

  First time Mauritius- what a beautiful place.Came to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary which they made special with little touches such as a bottle of champagne and special notes on the bed.Cannot fault any of the staff, happy, always smiling and bend over backwards to help. We had a smell in our first room, the staff worked hard to rectify before finally moving our room, we didn’t have any issues with the new room.No issue with finding a sun bed at any time of the day. Resort spotlessy clean.Completely recommend the Spa. Having had a major problem with swelling feet, had a fantastic massage and the swelling had disappeared by the following day 😊.The only negative we have is the food - if you like curry you’ll be ok - if not you may find it difficult to find something to eat - even the lamb stew was curry, I lived on pasta and vegetables for 2 weeks.The speciality restaurants are difficult to book even when the resort was only 70% full so imagine it would be very difficult when full. We booked both Lemongrass and Coral for the steak. The steak wasn’t of the best quality. I fully believe for an all inclusive you shouldn’t have to pay, especially given how expensive the holiday is to start with. Wherever we have stayed before these have always been free at least for the first visit but most times you can make frequent bookings for no additional charge.In regards to mosquitoes- I don’t usually get bitten and had taken precautions but still got bitten a fair amount, even the sprays didn’t appear to work.The sunset catamaran trip is worth doing, but make sure you book early.Absolutely loved our time in Mauritius, did some amazing trips, Paradise Island, swimming with the dolphins and Port Louis using the hotel taxi service (ask for Ranjit) and will definitely be back, just not to this hotel for the food issues alone.Again, can’t fault the staff they were all wonderful.

  Our stay at this resort was fantastic. The food is great, the activities are fun and the location is so beautiful. I want to highlight that the hotel staff is one of a kind. Everyone is helpful, smiling and just expressing good vibes. I explicitly want to mention Kevin who helped us in times where we required medical support. Throughout the whole process, Kevin was there for us, asked us even days after how everything went and to top it off he visited us in the hospital. I have never seen such behavior from a hotel staff member for complete strangers. Special thanks again for our unforgettable stay.   One of the Best Weekend Breaks We've Had

  We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this hotel, and it exceeded our expectations. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably clean.The hotel offers a wide range of both land and water activities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The buffet at Benitier Restaurant was excellent, with a great variety of delicious dishes. We also visited the spa, where the service was outstanding, and the massage was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating.The staff throughout the hotel were courteous, professional, and always willing to help. A special thanks to Kheshwar from the animation team, who introduced me to paddle for the first time—it was a fun and memorable experience. His pool activities, including aquagym and water polo, were also very enjoyable. We would also like to thank Aman at the bar, Ayman and Noshima at reception, as well as all the staff from the restaurants, boathouse, and housekeeping teams for their friendliness and excellent service.Overall, our experience was exceptional, and we look forward to returning again in the near future.   10/10 honeymoon!!

  What an amazing and gorgeous hotel. Myself and husband travelled for our honeymoon and first wedding anniversary and cannot fault the hotel.All the staff are so friendly and will always greet you. They cannot do enough for you. You are never without a drink, staff and always on it with whatever you may need. I emailed multiple times for different queries before we arrived and the staff were really helpful. We hired a car through SIXT after the hotel recommended them and many of the hotel guests used them. The hotel itself is beautiful, the additional activities are great. We especially loved the snorkelling trip.The food is good, make sure you book before by emailing a week before you arrive as they get booked up. All are amazing food and different.We had the whirlpool suite and I definitely think it’s worth the extra money it’s absolutely gorgeous. Definitely recommend and would love to come back one day.
