Facility

The resort has a lift and features 60 rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Sport

The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the terrace, where guests can enjoy a quick break or relax for hours. The pool bar serves a selection of refreshing drinks. The resort offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including cycling/mountain biking, bocce, beach volleyball, golf, fishing and horse riding. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as windsurfing, paddle boating, canoeing, sailing, kayaking, snorkelling and diving. For a fee, guests can also enjoy water skiing and catamaraning. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts and bowling. A spa, a sauna and massage treatments are available in the wellness area. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and a dance club.

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant and a bar. All-inclusive can be booked. A continental breakfast buffet provides many delicious reasons to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet. The resort also offers snacks. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Our impression of this hotel is very good; we felt wonderful.The location on the beach, quiet: The hotel garden is relaxing and maintained daily by friendly staff.The entire hotel staff showed seriousness and professionalism: starting with the receptionist Sanjiv, with the restaurant staff and the men who cleaned daily.We would love to return to this hotel.

    Worst chef I've ever met who fight with guest and lack manners

    I've visit many hotel.. But never got such experience.. On our arrival everything was so perfect.. We like the calm atmosphere.. The room.. All the staff was so helpful and nice..The weak part of the hotel is the kitchen chef kumaren.. On our arrival we make the receptionist and restaurant manager I am allergic with fish..while on buffet we saw only fish and beef.. So we talk with chef kumaren we don't have option due we don't consume beef..the chef suddenly start mistreat and get angry saying if you don't like such food.. We should go in 5star hotel..instead of paying less in silver beach and asking for chicken option..Me and my wife was shock.. And feel humiliated Infront of others guest..we could not say anything more due the chef was so violent and seem so frustrated. And decide to have some pasta and vegggi..Hope no guest experience such shameful moment.. Because we go hotel to make some good memories not to feel traumatized..Hope the hotel management take action upon such chef.. And we Wil be available to discuss on this matter anytime🙏

    This hotel clearly hates animals. They were using crackers to scare away friendly stray dogs every single day during our stay. The dogs were just looking for some food. People were even petting them. Evil place..

    A Lovely Resort

    We were well-cared for by all members of staff who were always ready to ensure we had a truly relaxing holiday. It would be unfair to name individuals because everyone truly deserves a mention.We found the hotel exactly as described on their website. It is not a huge resort which meant you were known by staff; there were no disputes about sunbeds; minimal queuing at mealtimes or any of the other routines of large ‘ conveyer belt’ type all-inclusive packages. As such there was nothing to do but enjoy our days.If you are looking for excursions, staff are helpful and able to make suggestions and recommendations. There is a taxi rank opposite the hotel where prices can be negotiated. Other alternatives are local tour operators advertising on social media.Returning from a truly relaxing 10 nights each member of our party - grandparents, parents and 2 older teenagers - have nothing but praise. We found none of the issues some reviews reference because the honest information on the website ensured we knew what to expect. Although, I do believe the hotel could sell itself a little more if they wanted too. A huge thank you to everyone at Silver Beach.
