    Amazing holiday at Westin

    We had an amazing 11days in the property with pristine view amazing staff right from the check in till the end of stay. The breakfast spread and the other meals at kangan were yummy. Alot of people went out of the way to make our stay special Pawan at check in and kaushal during our stay. A special mention about Kaushal who made us celebrate our anniversary.

    Location: very nice Atmosphere: very nice Rooms: beautiful view (Room card sometimes not working after putting into slot but it was ok after juggling the key card in the slot) Value; goodCleanliness: excellent Noise level: nice and very low Service: excellentAmenities: very good . 1) Kayaking 2) Pedal Boats , 3) glass Bottom boat, all in excellent condition, very friendly and helpful staff. 4) Restaurants good, Breakfast excellent variety and tasty Indian restaurant Kangan for dinner had good variety, tasty, courteous service by staffWe would like to especially appreciate Mr. Kaushal who was extremely courteous as well as helped us with names of tourist places which are a "must see" .

    PATHETIC ROOM EXPERIENCE.

    Pathetic to say the least. AC’s don’t work, fans don’t work at speed, pedestal fans are on battery which die precisely 10 mins after being installed. We are struggling to sleep in this room on our first nite here as I write my review. Pathetic to say the least. It’s already 11.30 pm and from India standards 1 am already.
