The holiday village has a lift and features 306 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. The complex's location is particularly ideal for skiers. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, badminton, billiards, yoga and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the holiday village, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon, massage treatments, anti-ageing treatments and Ayurveda treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a dining room, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. The complex offers a wide range of catering options. Half board, full board and all-inclusive can be booked. Among the advantages of an all-inclusive stay are various offers, including a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request.     Poor Hospitality from Staff

    Checked in on 6 June 2026 around 14:30. As soon as I parked, I met a hotel employee and simply asked him where the reception was. His response? “Why?” — like it was some suspicious question. Terrible first impression.Got to my room (145) and it was disgusting. There was syrup spilled on the table and black ants crawling everywhere. I immediately called reception. The lady who came to clean looked at me confused and basically acted like I had made the mess myself. I had literally just walked in with my bag still unopened. Unbelievable.Today at the pool bar I asked for a glass/cup. The guy and the boy there pretended they didn’t understand me even though I was speaking in Creole — and the guy is Mauritian! It was obvious they were just being difficult.The staff here completely lack basic hospitality for a hotel like this. I’m actually having a nice time overall, but these kinds of employees ruin your mood and make the whole experience unpleasant. Very disappointed.

    We stayed during May 2026. The weather was great this time of year. The service level at this resort was perfect. The staff are incredibly professional, and everything at this here runs like a well oiled machine. The food was exquisite. The attention to detail and personalised service was absolutely amazing. The only problem I had was that I couldn't stay longer !! I believe they are closed for renovations but I couldn't fault anything and can only dream what the improvements will bring. I will recommend this resort a hundred times over.     I think there is an issue in Mauritius with food and service quality which I saw in this hotel as well. First the positive - beautiful property with large spacious rooms and a very nice beach.Now the rest - I think the drinks are good but the food is terrible in every restaurant that I ate. The asian restaurant is ok and I did not try the Indian but really bad food everywhere else. Which I believe is a Mauritius problem as I have not really liked food in other properties or when I have eaten outside. Second is the service, in the world of online booking apps, the hotel insists that we walk to the reception and reserve in person the restaurants. If we are in meetings the whole day, just forget about the food. Third - I had to request for basic amenities like dental kit, soap etc. Fourth - the minibar is empty and room service is well 1-1.5 hrs easily so if u want something, you have to walk to a restaurant and consume - what kind of service is that. I had to ask for minibar items and had to pay upfront - no deposit or anything but payment. I think the hotel needs to improve its services - seriously! We also requested for a cab from hotel to go for meetings and the cab also broke down just when we were ready to return and the driver made us wait for like 1 hour after which we had to organise another cab ourself. I am not visiting this property again.     A wonderful 8th stay, once again we enjoyed the hotel, good food and amazing service. The weather was also superb, as we have come to expect. Especially the service from Elizabeth at reception, Dave at Caravelle breakfast and Ankush, our exremely efficient butler. We also enjoyed the evening entertainment. Looking forward to visiting again after the renovation. We stayed in a senior suite beachfront, the views are always special.
