Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The bungalow complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.     Disgustingly filthy catering staff

    Would not stay here again even if you paid me. Very miserable rude staff at reception. Budget food was disgusting I wouldn’t even feed it to a dog. Chefs and cooks sneezing and coughing while they serve you the food. Birds flapping their wings all over the food also. Wish there was a no star even that would be to good for this toilet of a hotel.

    We stayed at a nice place. The food is excellent and well prepared. Rooms are just renovated. However having the closet in the bathroom is rather sad. Beach is very clean, staff extremely friendly. Mind you that is a reflection of the country. All people are friendly. They Use UK and European plugs. But they also have USB charger. The safe is too primative, with a key. Very difficult to access because of a poor choice off location and not even mounted so you can carry it away. You can snorkel and see amazing fish right at their beach. No need to book an excursion.

    Beautiful location right on the beach.Had a massage with Sandra at the spa, she was lovely and the massage was good. Ask for Sandra if you’d like a massage with good vibes and energy.

The services we received was exceptional..From day one at the staff was welcoming and attentive to details.The food and beverage team as well as the leisure and entertainment team went the extra mile to ensure our stay was a unique and enjoyable. experience. Our requests were genuinely and kindly entertained.Our special thanks go to Andy, head Entertainer, and Cedric of the leisure department for the daily recreational activities, warm welcome and the exceptional artistic performance at night. We extend our gratitude to Prakash, F&B Manager and Ezekiel. Their professionalism, and customized service exceeds our expectations.Villa Caroline Beach Hôtel, is the destination for genuine service and a memorable stay.Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable.

    reservation staff member was extremely unwelcoming

    I called to make a reservation and honestly felt like I was disturbing them rather than being a potential guest. While the receptionist was polite, the reservation staff member was extremely unwelcoming. She wasn’t openly rude or aggressive, but her tone and manner of speaking were cold, dismissive, and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It completely ruined the experience and left a very bad impression. In the end, I decided not to proceed and booked with another nearby hotel instead. Customer service should make guests feel valued — unfortunately, that was clearly not the case here.This happens on 16.01.26
