  I had a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay at Mundo Imperial Princess. What stood out most was the outstanding service from Gabriel, Alejandro, and Guadalupe from Operations & Sales team. Their professionalism and warmth are exactly what makes a stay memorable. Thank you to all three — I hope there were more staff with the same dedication and level of service.

  This is my second time staying at one of these hotels' properties. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the same standards as my previous stay.

  The price for this hotel is insane, the worst lifts of any hotel in the world. 10-15 mins everytime while dying with the humidity has it stops on every floor, no such thing as the lifts moving in different directions. All move together and open on every floorTrying to book food was a nightmare until 10pm every night and every night the meals got smaller and smaller and service got worse. Main meal in the image attached Waiters found it funny the state of the foodThe beds were very comfortable but for that cost that was 1 of the few positives Alot of people were very sick when we were there but that could have been the heat.

  Amazing and beautiful hotel, the staff are friendly, a major thank you to Christina and Genesis for their great help and friendliness, and introducing us to tasty Mexican snacks and refreshments.
