This beach hotel is located in the north of Cancún, at the tip of the seaside fishing village of Puerto Juarez, a little and quiet village of fishermen and gateway to Isla Mujeres. The centre of Canún is 15-20 minutes by car and the international airport is 40 minutes away.

Guests have a choice of 107 junior suites and 53 suites located in a 4-storey main building and a 3-storey auxiliary building. This complex has a lift and a 24-hour reception desk. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. For breakfast (continental), lunch, and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet or choose their favourite dishes from the à la carte options (for dinner). Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. I came here to give a specific shout of to the photography team at All Ritmo Resort, and Waterpark, Cancun. Met with Didier and he gave us such a wonderful photo session! He really took his time with my kids and me, helped us feel comfortable in front of the camera, and offered great suggestions for poses and different shots. He was also very professional, patient and kind throughout the entire experience. The session even included one complimentary photo of our choice, with the option to purchase additional photos afterwards. And honestly, there were so many beautiful options to choose from!I can’t thank Didier and the team enough for helping us capture such special memories from our vacation. If you’re staying at this hotel and resort, I definitely recommend taking advantage of the photoshoot. It’s such a lovely keepsake from your trip! ?? ?? The hotel definitely needs some renovation. If they renovated it, it would be absolutely amazing because the location is truly fantastic. The beautiful ocean view from my room made up for everything. Wonderful Mexican experience hotel

We stay at All Ritmo for 10 nights during July 2026 and had a truly wonderful holiday, the hotel feels like an authentic Mexican hotel with no frills and graces, the rooms were huge with an ocean view and Jacuzzi and king sized bed, 4 restaurants and bars, a pool with Jacuzzi in the middle, food was delicious and service was was outstanding from the staff who were super friendly and helpful, particularly Arturo the kindest gentleman you will ever meet, he will greet you in reception and look after your every need while you stay, a truly wonderful kind man you literally bent over backwards for every request we had, he is a credit to that hotel and made our stay very special and relaxed. The hotel was built in the 70s and cannot compete with the newer plush hotels in the hotel zone but we visited them and didn't want a spotless 'western' hotel, we wanted a real 'mexican feel' hotel and this is exactly that, the food was delicious and the kept the margaritas just coming and coming. All in all we had a fantastic time and will definitely return one day.
