Location

This hotel is located Cancun's main street, Tulum Avenue, only a few paces from many banks, wonderful restaurants, business areas, flea markets, tourist information offices, and a wide range of entertainment venues. Cancún Airport lies approximately 20 km from the hotel. Guests may undertake day trips to Xcaret and the Isla Mujeres (both about 60 km away), or to Tulum (90 km from the hotel).

Facility

The hotel has 48 rooms, including 2 junior suites, 6 single rooms and 34 double rooms, which are located on 2 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day.     Stayed at the Antillano Hotel for a week and the experience was above my expectations. The staff were supper nice and able to answer all our questions. The room was clean and the AC was effective. The pool was clean and refreshing. We had a room facing the courtyard and it was quiet though we heard from another guest that her room was loud due to a roof party at a nearby hostel. Would stay here again if I'm in Cancun!

    BE CAREFUL! Two men entered my room with a key to another room. Then the reception told me that they had changed the key but not the door lock of the men who entered my room. I don't know 'if a key works in all the rooms or if they were burglars, I don't know'. Later the reception told me that the hotel does not cover theft. There are no safes in the rooms. So if the 2 men who entered my room decided to take something I would have a problem the hotel wouldn't fix. That hotel is not safe. Be careful.TEN CUIDADO! Dos hombres enteron en mi habitacion con una llave a otra habitacion. Luego la recepcion me dijo que habia cambiado la llave pero no el candado. No se' si una llave funciona en todas las habitaciones o si eran ladrones, no se'. Ese hotel no es seguro. Ten cuidado.

    Very reasonable with good location. Many stuffs were friendly. The space of my stayed room was average. Needed a small refrigeratorand more outlet for charging. The building is old and need rebuild or reform as new.

    Simple but clean. Great location near city and intercity buses, has a sweeming pool and serves breakfast. Very close to Parque de las palapas where locals hang out, especially in the afternoon/night with VERY cheap Mexican food

    The hotel is near ADO bus terminal and there is a bus stop just in front of it to go to the beaches, so the location is great to explore Cancún and other areas of Yucatan. Rooms and bathrooms are big enough and there is a nice swimming pool in the patio. Breakfast is available for a small fee.
