Location

This hotel is located directly on an inviting beach and around 18 km from the town centre, offering a wide range of entertainment and shopping facilities, as well as restaurants. It is a short drive to archaeological sites and botanical gardens. Links to the public transport network can be found outside the hotel.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 617 rooms located in a 7-storey main building and an 8-storey auxiliary building. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, translation services, room service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. Bicycles can be kept in the bicycle storage area. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine. 3 conference rooms are available for lectures, presentations and meetings.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, central heating and a fan. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

The spacious pool area, which includes 4 outdoorpools, is a great place for guests to relax and take a refreshing dip. Even on cool days, swimming is always at option at the indoor pool. Kids can splash around in one of the 3 children's pools. Pure relaxation in the hot tub, fun on the waterslide and refreshing drinks at the pool bar – guests will experience just how rich and varied a day in the water can be. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The resort offers outdoor sports, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, beach volleyball, volleyball, basketball, crazy golf and fishing or, for a fee, golf. With windsurfing, paddle boating, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning, kayaking, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon and hydrotherapy treatments. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room, a café, a bar and a pub. Delicious specialities await guests in 7 non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurants. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The resort also offers snacks. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Pamela , Jackie Angie Gloria , Jenny ,Melissa and blanka are great care takers in crown paradice kids club. Swimming pool and plus activities like cooking pizza having water games. There kids activities the hole day. Plus a night time special activities like camping, dancing and water games. Highly recommended.     My favorite part of the hotel was the adult pool. Luis Gomez was simply amazing. He remembered our names after the first day and was always ready with whatever you needed—whether it was to talk, joke or ofc with plenty of drinks!!     Excellent service by all the staff. Great location on the beach.Our room on the 5th floor had a jacuzzi, and we used it it was lovely and hot. The buffet food was varied and good. If you get fed up of it, there are 5 restaurants on site to choose from. Which you need to book by 08.00am, we had dinner at the fish restaurant and french.There are around 3 large pools, one for adults only on the 2nd floor. There is also a theatre that puts on entertainment each night. This is a large hotel, but you dont feel on top of everyone. Although dated and could do with an update, we have a lovely stay and wifi was good.     If you want to lose weight from starvation

    I recently spent a week at Crown Paradise Club with my grandchildren—Marshall (4), Landon (11), Cameron (11), and Parker (14). Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.The location itself is beautiful, and I would recommend it for families with children under 8 years old. However, there was very little available for older kids and teenagers. The water slides and zipline were closed for our entire stay, which was a major disappointment since those attractions were a big reason we chose this resort.The food was honestly some of the worst I’ve experienced at an all-inclusive resort. Breakfast was the only meal I consistently enjoyed because there was fresh fruit and a few decent options.The rooms were also uncomfortable. The beds were extremely hard, and the pillows were lumpy. I ended up making a trip to Walmart to buy a fan and snacks just to make our stay more comfortable.Customer service was hit or miss. The restaurant servers, bar staff, and our room attendant were all friendly, hardworking, and provided excellent service. Unfortunately, most of the other staff members, including the front desk, were not very helpful or welcoming.I do not speak Spanish, but I used a translation app and made every effort to communicate respectfully. Despite that, I often felt that getting assistance was difficult.Overall, the beautiful location and the wonderful service from the waitstaff and housekeeping were not enough to make up for the closed attractions, poor food quality, uncomfortable rooms, and lack of helpful customer service. I would not return and would not recommend this resort to families with older children or teenagers.

    This is our 3rd stay at crown Paradise and so far it is the best visit yet. Angel our concierge can not do enough for you always very helpful and friendly, Jerry is the best at breakfast always smiley and cheerful can not rate this place enough.
