  Mildew, mold, and headaches!

  Absolutely awful! STAY AWAY!!! Spend a bit more $ for piece of mind. The room smelled horrible like mold. The bed even felt wet from the humidy. The air vent was caked with grime and the switches were dirty. Stains on the blinds. We spent an hour in the room and both started getting headaches and feeling unwell. We checked out immediately and they would not issue a refund. Not even for the pre-paid late check out. If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!! We already are feeling better after leaving. Waste of time and money but at least we aren’t sick.

  Review on 2 day stay extended stay Cancun

  This place is ok if you are on a Hurry or want a cheap option . Be aware that there are mang CONS in the hotel. The rooms are old, they have mold ( fungi) in the walls and frames that are in the room. The AC smells weird and the towels and blankets smell like dust. I tried locking my room and the lock was not working I spoke to the receptionist for it to get fixed or for a room change and they said there were no other rooms available and didnt mjnd on solving my inquiry about the door lock. I stayed there 2 nights but went outside the hotel during the day and just got there to sleep.   I would highly recommend this hotel for long term stays.

  I just finished five (5) months and would highly recommend this hotel for long term stays. The pool is always clean and the staff were helpful and accommodating when called upon. It’s a lovely environment to be in, it’s so quiet and peaceful.   I had an okay time here :).

  My stay here was good, I didn’t really have any problems with the hotel and the staffs. They were very helpful, they are very busy lol they never stop working. The environment is really nice and welcoming. When I arrive at the hotel the room was very clean and tidy, I loved the view from my bedroom window. Only problems I see is that when it rains some areas of the roof leaks and in front of the hotel there is a puddle of water that takes awhile to drain out, however, everything else seems fine to me. I love the pool and the gym so much :).   NEVER ANYMORE- HORRIBLE HOTEL

  We reserved this hotel by Bancorbras because we thought saving money on a hotel would be worth it but this hotel ruined everything. First of all the staff is super rude, they laugh at your face, they don’t take your enquirers seriously and professional. Besides 1 guy only that was nice to us. The woman was strange, I felt a bit disrespectful. We asked her to see our room and check what she could do about the water coming out on our shower and then when we went back, our towels had gone and nothing was resolved. She didn’t even clean the floor after we told her the problem of the room, only answered she gave was “ this is like this on all rooms”. Also the next day when I asked where were our towels they said was strange that our towels were not there because nobody enters on the room, so… somebody entered in our room ?????! Haha I was shocked. The shower is terrible, water comes out and all room became wet as you can see in the picture, so you wash yourself and has to walk on a wet floor 😂. They don’t offer nothing, no toilet paper even. The room is ok size, there is a nice kitchen place but no cups offered even to drink water, no plates and no forks or knifes. Besides that, they don’t clean your room, only if you stay for 7 days in the “hotel”. This is NOT a hotel ! Keep that in mind. It’s a self service place, you should be here only if you decide to live in Cancun for a long time. Looks like an apartment that you have to do all yourself. I’m very disappointed because all you want on a vacation is not worrying about the hotel and this was a very very bad experience. They don’t care ! Only nice/kinda thing is Your towels can be changed if you bring it to them, and they have a washing machine inside the hotel, also the Walmart is near. Otherwise, the room was smelling bad, the window doesn’t open properly, the sound of the bathroom is weird, we had to sleep and hear this strange sound that happened in five five minutes, wasn’t a good sleep. Likewise, three types of kitchen utensils kits are offered at reception to be used in the room's kitchenette. We greatly appreciate your comments which allow us to identify areas for improvement.
