Location

Located in the Malecon Américas commercial district, the hotel offers easy access to a wide range of popular restaurants and bars, including Sushi Itto, Liverpool, Starbucks Coffee and Chilis. There is even a casino located in the same complex. The bus station is approximately 1 km and the beach about 15 km from the hotel. Cancun International Airport is just 20 minutes away.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 7-storey building with 2 lifts and 152 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay.     Check-In & Check-OutBoth processes were smooth and efficient, but entirely transactional. No warmth, no welcome, no acknowledgment beyond the mechanics. Nothing went wrong, but nothing was offered either.RoomThe room was clean and minimally decorated, though the overall feel was closer to a budget accommodation than a mid-range business hotel. Adequate for sleeping, but not for comfort.BathroomThe towels were exceptionally thin and non-absorbent, closer to paper than fabric. Mold was present in the shower, which is particularly disappointing given that this is an easy issue to prevent with basic maintenance.BreakfastThis was the most significant failure of the stay.The food was consistently incorrect in texture. Items that should have been soft were hard; items that should have been crisp or firm were soft. The result was not merely underwhelming but actively unpleasant. It was so uniformly wrong that it felt as though effort had been applied in the wrong direction.For a Mexican hotel chain to serve a Mexican breakfast of this quality is especially surprising. This is foundational cuisine, not an edge case.Final ThoughtsNothing about the stay was disastrous, but very little was good. The experience felt inattentive rather than careless, which may be more troubling. With basic improvements in housekeeping standards, linens, and especially breakfast execution, this property could meet expectations.     Good hotel in a mall with everything

    I truly appreciate the convenience of having the hotel right in the mall - u get everything u need. The one and only main problem is the way the traffic lanes are designed at the front of the malls makes it very hard to get to the hotel if u r coming w suitcases - there is no help, u need to carry and lift the bags up yourself to checkin. This was my main pain point when I arrived. When I departed I did get help from the hotel staff. Great selection of restaurants and shops.Super large supermarketAll useful and goodRooms are basic and clean. Good enough for me.     I stayed 7 weeks straight at the hotel for work purposes. That is a very long time anywhere. At one point in time my room started to get warm, mainly I think due to the outside temperature raising due to season change. I asked the hotel staff if I could switch rooms and or do something different so that my stay would be more comfortable. The staff immediately tried to find another room, switch sides of the building, move to a lower floor. They exhausted all possibilities to make my stay more comfortable and I was so appreciative for that effort. The hotel restaurant is a nice addition for having a beer or food. In addition to the hotel restaurant, Las Americas Mall is just a walk away from the hotel, which offers an array of other restaurants and shopping stores. To travel towards Mexico City, I recommend purchasing a toll pass key which made it more easy for me to travel to work everyday. It may be more expensive, but less traffic and it is a better road. I recommend this hotel to anybody was is staying in that area. Thanks to all the staff for making my stay as pleasant as possible. I look forward to returning soon.     This property is in an excellent location and affords the opportunity to go shopping in the mall. Rooms are modern, clean and well appointed. The staff exhibit a high level of customer care and made my stay enjoyable. Particularly mention to the Front Desk Manager - Leidy, Front Desk Staff - Cynthia, Jose, Fanny, Paloma and Poola.     Too isolated for me. Very corporate feeling. Staff was nice but check-in guy interrupted my check-in to help someone who arrived in the middle of it. Crazy. Restaurant was entirely uninviting. No one at reception when I left in morning. No hair conditioner in shower and other products were not a good quality.
