    We just returned from another incredible Memorial Day week at Finest Playa Mujeres, and once again, the experience exceeded all of our expectations. Every time we come back, we are reminded why this resort feels like our second home. The beautiful property is wonderful, but it is truly the exceptional staff and the relationships we have built over the years that keep us coming back.A special thank you goes to the beach concierge team—Angel, Fernando, Pita, and Eduardo. Their level of service is consistently outstanding and one of the highlights of every visit. Each day they made sure our beach setup was ready, checked in on us regularly, and went above and beyond to ensure our family was comfortable and well taken care of. Javier and Isabelle, our favorite beach servers and Cornelio, my favorite bartender. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care never go unnoticed. They always made sure our drinks were full and that our family had everything we needed. Our children absolutely adore them, and over the years we have developed friendships with the entire beach team that make every visit feel like a family reunion.We would also like to recognize Francisco, our bellman. From the moment we arrived until the time we departed, he made everything seamless. Francisco was actually the very first employee we met during our first stay at Finest years ago, and it has become a tradition for us to look forward to seeing him each time we return. His warm welcome and genuine hospitality perfectly represent the spirit of Finest Playa Mujeres.And of course, our sincerest thanks goes to Dalel, our Guest Services Manager. She has taken wonderful care of us during each visit, and this stay was no exception. Her expertise, thoughtfulness, and personal attention make us feel genuinely valued every time we return.     We have been long time loyal customers of Excellence. This was our first trip with our children and were not disappointed. The attention to detail is amazing. The resort is small and comfortable. The beach is beautiful.

    We love this resort. It was the second time we had been here, so we decided to have our wedding here. The resort itself is 10/10. Food and beverage are great. The wedding had some major hiccups but I was still happy regardless. If you’re a laid back bride like myself, be prepared to be disappointed if you aren’t following up with them consistently. I decided to trust the process and the resort, not the best idea but what can you do.
