260 rooms are available to guests in a 4-storey main building and a 6-storey auxiliary building. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the resort include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities and 2 lifts. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden.
