Location

The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of the hotel zone of Cancún, directly on the beach, close to shopping, bars, restaurants and public transport links. It is only 12 miles (25 minutes) from Cancún International Airport.

Facility

1230 double rooms are available to guests in a 4-storey main building and 3 auxiliary buildings. At the air-conditioned resort, guests are welcomed in the lobby with -hour reception desk and a -hour check-in/check-out service. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a currency exchange service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service (on request and for a fee), a car hire service, a transfer service, translation services, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a page service. A business centre with projector, a flip chart and pens and photocopier is available. Larger events can be organised with the help of the conference service.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Rooms include a king-size bed. There is also a minibar and, for a fee, a safe. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (for a fee) are provided as well. Amenities in the bathrooms include a shower. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are provided. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. The complex has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool (no extra charge), children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. The sun loungers are perfect for soaking up some sun. A variety of refreshing drinks await guests at the pool bar. A variety of activities are available at the resort, for example tennis, beach volleyball, basketball and jogging or, for a fee, golf and fishing. The resort offers various water sports, including water aerobics, or for additional fees, jet skiing and parasailing. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, yoga, aerobics and pilates. Various wellness options, such as a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon, massage treatments, hydrotherapy treatments and anti-ageing treatments, are offered for a fee. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

The dining area includes a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include all-inclusive and all-inclusive special. The resort also offers special catering options. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    If looking for a bargain trip, very low end to average rooms, food, atmosphere and service, this place would do. Very dated facility, food not great, and not good views from at least half the rooms. The place was very dark throughout the facility and Peacocks running around everywhere. The pic we took of one was right outside where you eat. They were also on top of tables outside where people eat and congregate. Can’t imagine that being a good idea?     This was the worst experience in Cancun, the hotel had mold on walls, roaches and rust everywhere. There was roaches outside and inside. The odor came home with us on our luggages. Someone entered our hotel and stole $430 from my wallet and did not completely clean the room. The food was horrible, drinks were watered down, cheap liquor.     It was clean, staff was nice. the food was mid, but they always had food available.     EXTORSION do not go here at all cost

    Experienced extortion at the hands of the manager. My husband was illegally detained and held at gun point by men the manager called in military outfits and machine guns. They captured him and placed him in bed of pick up truck. I paid 2k to get him back $1,200 went straight to hotel since they held me hostage in there for a broken table that was the result of an altercation between my husband and manger. No legal documents were given and the arrest was %100 a scare tactic to get tourist money. I was scared to report but now I’m speaking my truth.     Poor sanitation, outdated rooms, supposed to be all inclusive however only a few of the restaurants are included the rest are an extra charge. They only give you 3 beers and 4 soft drinks in the mini bar and won’t restock it. Have peacocks on grounds which would be nice if they would clean up their droppings. Dirty glassware at the pool bars, not very handicap friendly. Been to many all inclusive resorts and this is well below the standards of any other I have stayed at. I’m being generous giving them 2 stars.
