Location

The hotel is located in Cancún's hotel zone, 5 km from the city centre, near the Embarcadero (pier), from where tours depart daily to Isla Mujeres. There are numerous bars, restaurants and shopping opportunities nearby. The airport is 20 km from the hotel.

Facility

The resort was modernised in 2024. The resort has a lift and features 514 non-smoking rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, a currency exchange service and a cash machine are available. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café, a bar and a lobby bar. Guests can enjoy dining in the cosy atmosphere of the 7 restaurants (a buffet and à la carte available). All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. Special extras await all-inclusive holidaymakers, such as non-alcoholic beverages and children's meals, for example. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and vegan food can be prepared on request. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.
