Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Rooms

    Amazing All Inclusive Resort!

    My wife and I had the opportunity to go to Haven Rivera in June 2026, which was our 2nd time there. We absolutely love this place, and will be back! Everything is top notch, the views, the pool, the food, and definitely the staff. I want to give a special shout out to Pedro and Diana from the swim-up pool bar, who took extra special care of us, and really made our time there memorable. Thanks so much, and we'll see you all again soon!

    This resort was amazing and definitely lived up to the hype! The staff were so nice and fun. The bartenders were the best. Everyone had such a positive attitude and greeted you so nicely, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Housekeeping was on point! Our butler was Enrique and he was the best! He was there for our every need and responded quickly and efficiently. There was even a 24 hour taxi available for wherever you wanted to go. The pools were clean and the food was great. There were many options of food to choose from. This resort was 10/10 and we will definitely be back!

    Haven Resort was a great luxury resort, my butler was Enrique and he was very attentive and helpful with everything we needed, housekeeping was great as well the room very clean when we arrived, all the restaurants were good tasting food and all staff were nice and helpful, room service was a little bland and the dessert wasn’t the best outside of the ice cream. I recommend the serenity package for premium liquor and more private areas and restaurants around the resort and discounts on spa

    It was an amazing experience. First time to an all inclusive and have found a new way to vacation! Frida was our contact. Amazing to work with - we didn’t have to lift a finger she did all the heavy lifting! We are so very thankful to celebrate our 15 year wedding anniversary!

    My sister and I just returned from our second trip to Haven. The resort was at low occupancy, so there was no buffet for dinner which was a bit disappointing. You either had to make a reservation every night or order room service. There was no beach time due to the sargassum but that’s Mother Nature, not something the resort can control. We had great diners at Agua Bendita and Satsu. The highlight of our trip was the relaxing at the round pool. We had the best service from Ricardo! He checked on us constantly and always with a smile! The pool bartenders Misael & Pedro were also great. We may be back later this year and hope Ricardo is still there at our favorite pool. Also, Arturo at the breakfast buffet was awesome. There were plenty of open chairs and beds, so no fighting for a spot. There was windy conditions the whole week we were there, so no umbrellas were allowed up. If you’re looking to really relax Haven is a great choice.
