Surrounded by beautiful blooming tropical gardens, the hotel sits on a sheltered beach within a short distance of Playa Langosta, Playa Linda, Playa Tortugas and the observation deck, “Torre Escénica”. The hotel zone’s major shopping malls, nightclubs and golf courses are only a 10-minute drive away, as well as Downtown Cancún and Cancún International Airport is 25 minutes away.

Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 201 non-smoking rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities available at the resort include a baggage storage service, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided to guests. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. Children can enjoy the playground. A garage is available for parking (for a fee). Further services include a babysitting service on request, a childcare service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. Great place to relax in Cancun.

We stayed with a pool view. You could hear music and people laughter from the room, but at 10:00 pm all would go quiet. So it was great. Rooms are wonderful, they are like apartments. It was actually not very busy which was awesome. Very relaxing. I would come here again.

Older hotel. Semi-friendly staff. Except the timeshare sales rep, the lady was super agreeable and rude. We decided to leave early because we didn't feel welcomed.

We had a wonderful time! Monse, Yare, and Penny were kind and helpful w our son. He enjoyed making keychains and playing card games. My Introvert Dream Come True - No Stress!

Perfectly located for walking to the ferry, taking a taxi/Uber to city or zone, getting the Hotel zone bus, or being picked up by a tour bus. We could get beach chairs under an umbrella or pool chairs ANY time. The main resturant has the grass vaulted roof, no walls, and ocean views. The doormen, housekeepers, resturant, and security were skilled, cheerful, and prompt. The suite had 2 balconies, full ocean view from livingroom, kitchen, and 1 bedroom, powerful AC, and a great layout. This beautiful traditional resort on the beach also gives you permission to use the beach and pool at the highrise sister resort several km away.
