  WARNING!!! HONEST REVIEW!

  Horrible!!!! The location is good if you want to stay in downtown, but you get what you pay for. We agreed on a family suite and were given a double. When I went to the room I noticed that there was another door, but it was locked. When I went and asked if our "suite" should have another room they denied it and said we had a suite. 1 hour later I went downstairs to question why our TV was not working they were mumbling to one another. I then realized that we were in the family suite but they refused to open the other room and demanded more money. They are liars, and crooks. DO NOT COME HERE!!! THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE AND THAT IS NOT OK!!!!!! GO ELSEWHERE.

  Nice location but wrong hotel to be in.

  The hotel is in a good location downtown of Cancun (not the hotel zone), the room is big and roomy but dirty, even bugs running in the room.We had to wait 15-20 minutes for hot water.The staff were really nice but the rest is just not worth it.

  Ideal place for a traveler who only needs a place to sleep and shower

  This hotel is ideally located on Avenue Tulum, it is on the R1 bus route to the hotel zone, and R2 to the hotel zone is a two minute walk away, there are restaurants, stores, convenience stores, a supermarket and much more within 2-3 minutes walk either way, the ADO bus terminal is about 5-7 minutes walk away and another supermarket is opposite the ADO, there is an ATM machine opposite the hotel and currency exchange just 3-4 minutes walk away, Walmart's and plaza las Americas is about 15-20 minutes walk away, so is Mercado 28. The hotel has air condition, a ceiling fan and HOT WATER BUT you have to let the water run for about 15 minutes before it runs warm, be mindful of the tap to turn on the hot water, the room is clean and has a safety box and TV and it there is daily house keeping with sufficient toiletries supplied, the down side is that there was only two power outlets in my room, one was fully used by the TV, the other was a single plug and that presents a problem for charging electronics, there was noise coming from a club from the northern side of the hotel from a club, but it was minimal in my room which was a room in the middle part of the hotel, there is potable water and coffee available daily and I saw cake once. The staff is very helpful and professional and a couple of them speak English, I must mention GRECIA ENRIQUEZ who was very helpful in assisting me in sorting out an issue with my airport transfer, there are no elevators, for the price this hotel is excellent for a traveler who needs a clean place to sleep and shower with good staff service and the wifi worked well on the second floor and my room was sufficiently spacious

  I stayed here once previously and before I left I made a reservation for the following month which I confirmed before my departure. I also requested to NOT stay in room # 108 as it was very noisy. When I arrived a month later I was barely greeted by Joel who was new and clearly had no clue what was going on and was not trained properly. I arrived before check in time so was told no clean rooms were available. I later learned that was not true. He showed me 3 different rooms which were all available and clean. The first 2 rooms had no window (I reminded him the room I had booked should have a window) then he showed me another room which I agreed to take. It was clean and available but yet I could not check in early. Then he informed me there was no reservation for me! He then found a reservation with my first name and a different last name?! I had to make a new reservation in the end and the original price I had been given when I made the reservation was no longer available I was told. Then I tried to make the reservation on Booking.com but the rates were higher after the taxes had been included so I canceled that reservation and told Joel to make a new reservation for me with the price I had been quoted previously. When I returned later I was given the key for the room and it was room # 108 (WTF!) which I had from the start told him I did not want. At this point I was too tired and had had enough. Never have I dealt with this low level of stupidity before. No fridge in the room, no elevator and the staff only help with the luggage upon check in, not when checking out. Very uncomfortable bed, no international TV channels, broken toilet seat which was also broken when I stayed there one month prior! No bath mat to step on after the shower, no phone in the room, super uncomfortable pillows, not always hot water int he shower, tiny bathroom, close to the ADO bus station. Very noisy with the A/C units right outside the window, dogs barking at night, great location, noisy cleaners in the hallway, WI-FI did not always work. Big room, from my room I could hear the phone from the reception ring, a safe box in the room but I did not use it, A/C in the room and a ceiling fan. I would not stay here here. Terrible staff and management. I asked to speak to a manager about the confusion with the reservation but I was told it was not possible.   This hotel is walking distance to the ADO bus station, safe box in the room, good WI-FI, a ceiling fan, great location, friendly staff, large room, big comfortable bed, reasonable rates. Clean hotel but not as nice as the pictures on Booking.com! Quiet A/C in the room.No elevator but the staff helps with the luggage, the TV did not work in my room upon my arrival but the handy man eventually figured out how to fix it. No fridge in the room, no phone in the room, uncomfortable pillows, no international TV channels. The toilet seat was broken, terrible shower with the water going all over the place. I asked for a quiet room but instead got a room facing all the a/c units outside the window. It sounded like a big factory 24/7. There was a small seating area outside my room in the hallway for the guests to use but the cleaners used to sit there and were SUPER loud and annoying. I twice had to go and tell them to be quiet. Small bathroom, I could hear the phone in the reception ring from my room. Some dogs were barking in the back of the hotel, noise from other guests in the hallway.
