Website says 500m to Ado bus station but it was a 5 min cab ride from Ado Centro Cancun to Hotel. Sidewalks are very uneven so we cabbed it. Glad we did. 100peso in cab to hotel. Not as close to the bus station as it says. Hotel staff are very nice. NO Alcohol allowed in hotel so sitting around the pool with a beer isn’t going to happen. Beds are OK. Not great but it was just a 1 night pit stop for us

I had it as one of the best hotels in the center since they do not allow alcohol and always very clean, but on this last fatal trip with several of my clients that I stayed since their flights to the United States They were canceled by the government shutdown in the United States and this time they were victims of abuse, racism even, I made an extension and forced them to leave the Hab and wait at 3 in the afternoon to be able to re-enter, something absurd, a client with an autistic child and a physically handicapped and still there was no consideration .. Eye do not dress the Hotel and less being foreigners or Cubans since they do not like our race .. Adrian Serrano Owner Cuban Agency To Cancun .. super clean! safe area was down the block from a small food area with bars and lots of food options. live music and performances. market outside open all night., theres also night markets Super friendly staff speak both English and Spanish. Has a nice Sercuity guard and staff on site 24/7. About 10 minute walk from bus transport to airport. Their pool was relaxing and fun to play in. really a great area!

Only stayed for one night but this hotel has a convenient location, nice breakfast and very comfortable beds. Slightly weak showers but great views from the rooftop pool area and I would recommend for a brief stay.

Single beds sold as double beds

- Rooms are super warm, airless and sticky (no windows!)- We booked a standard room with a double bed. What we got is a bed by far smaller than a queen size bed with 2 pillows on it (rather a queen size bed). We talked with the manager who did not care. Then we talked with the booking agency who called the manager again. He explained that in Mexico double beds start at 1 m width. The booking agency could not do anything, as somehow the term double bed is country specific (in Germany it is 1.80 m, we got not more than 1.20 m) - so us being both taler than 1.8m had to sleep in a tiny bed. - We got a room on the 5th floor, the elevator did not work- Around the hotel there is hardly anything to do- check-in time is limited from 3pm to 6pm- the hotel does not answer to messages- pillows are so soft that you nearly feel like sleeping without pillows- gym was closed when we arrive- impossible to swim in the pool (rather 2 combined little pools with a platform in the middle with only a few cm water)- the air in the hallways is humid, hot and sticky- strong artificial smell all over the building + room has a safe
