Location

This hotel is quietly located in Cancún, directly beside one of the beautiful local beaches. Shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and discos are located within 6 km of the hotel. Transfer to Cancún airport takes about 15 min.

Facility

The complex has a lift and features 85 non-smoking rooms. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. A baggage storage service, a safe, a TV room, room service, a laundry service and a hairdresser are available. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. Guests of the hotel can enjoy various recreational facilities, including the garden, during their stay. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage and a car park. Bicycles can be kept in the bicycle storage area.

    This is by far bottom 2 resorts I have ever been to. The rooms were in decent shape but everything else was almost like being in a prison. It’s terrible location, the food was inedible with bugs in them. The rice would make anyone choke. The drinks were pre made in plastic bottles and reminded me of a college basement party. “You get what you pay for” but stay home if you can’t afford somewhere else.

    I am here today August 5, 2025, in all inclusive has nothing all-inclusive bad breakfast made only of eggs cereals and some croissant that you can not eat to suck disgusting hotel bad food poor buffet always find the same what is every day not alternative year put theUsual pasta with rice cheese and chicken salad tomato and Aqua because the restaurant does not year only Aqua from the distributor .. bad staff 0 Welcoming bad cleaning bad beach full of seaweed and rough sea not cared for at all year 3 pool loungers always dirty in a few words to avoid do not be fooled by the good price that year all-inclusive because it is a deception hotel.We had our room swapped 3 times due to faults ...air conditioning leaking, no hot water, broken shower see the pictures.Most of the time they are out of any drinks and they ask you to pay for it.SOLYMAR BEACH HOTEL STSY AWAY FROM IT ....

    Please dint book this hotel ...i hear you asking why we'll here is why .....We arrived on the 26th June 2025 for 10 nights... had our room swapped 4 times due to faults ...air conditioning leaking for one causing me to slip and fall when reported no accident book ...food was terrible ..no matter wot time you went in for food it was always cold and always the same food ..people in prison get better food in sure ... im type 1 diabetic so needed to be able to take food out the dining area when trying to do so they wanted to charge me ...hello ive paid all inclusive so shouldn't have to pay the manger was rude when I explained about my health problem he said plenty of hospitals wtf ...there is no entertainment in the evening or in the day ..your miles from anywhere even a local shop ...the rooms have no tea making facilities wot so ever.... this hotel isnt fit to put your pesos in never mind people....SO PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL SOLYMAR BEACH HOTEL STSY AWAY FROM IT ....Guess wot im not allowed to upload videos of the food !!!!!

    The holiday was awful! The hotel was not as described or the location! The 1st hotel room had a huge air con leak which covered the floor in water and the sofa bed was wet through causing myself to slip and fall on the floor causing slight swelling to my ankle, the wooden surrounds had been completely snapped and was sharp and splintered, the floor tiles had huge cracks causing the flooring to be unsteady and uncomfortable to walk on! All the walls around the complex was falling apart and again more holes in the floor’s making it unsafe to walk around in anything other than full shoes which again was not a enjoyable experience considering the hot climate in the country, the staff then moved us to a second room as requested but this again was a dreadful move and the room was no better the sofa was ripped the shower door was all cracked and smashed! The windows were full of mould and dirt! The food was not as described, as a type 1 diabetic i require food to maintain my health which was hard to do as the food was of very poor quality and was not hot or even warm! Room cleanliness was a huge disappointment 4/5 days per cleaning the room even as requesting this to be done regular because of health conditions for the staff to be very rude and not wanting to help! This really needs to be addressed as this was a 70th birthday present and 30th wedding anniversary which has been absolutely horrendous and a huge upset to both me and my husband! Genuinely AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!
