    Don’t go. No WiFi or phone service. No customer service. Large roach in bathroom. I left after 2.5 hours and went to the airport Marriott.

    This is an excellent place for everyone to visit Cancun. If you want to explore Cancun by yourself, you won't find any better place than the villa Palmeras. Big rooms, clean, well distributed spaces, a big pool, and excellent service from the staff, ect. I HIGHLY recommend this place.     Wonderful Stay at Villa Palmeras! We had a fantastic experience at Villa Palmeras. Getting there was a breeze—access was super easy, and the shuttle service to the airport made everything so convenient. The food was delicious and the kitchen staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made meals even more enjoyable. The pool was clean and perfect for relaxing, and our room was spotless and very comfortable. It’s a great place to unwind, with excellent service all around. Highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful stay near the airport with great amenities!     Great hotel for unexpected layover

    Very peaceful pool area. Beautiful, lush gardens. Nice and large clean room. Very nice staff. Great food from the onsite restaurant. 20 minutes from Cancun airport. We booked last minute because of a flight cancellation. Great value for the price. Would stay again.
