Location

This hotel is situated right by the beautiful, wide sandy beach in the leisure district of Cancún. Plaza Caracol shopping district is just a few minutes’ walk away and guests can discover the many bars, restaurants, shops and nightclubs there. The congress centre is also just a few paces from the hotel.

Facility

10 suites, 115 single rooms and 175 double rooms are available to guests in a 6-storey main building and a 10-storey auxiliary building. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy their meals in the cosy atmosphere of the 4 restaurants, which are equipped with high chairs. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The complex also offers special catering options. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
