Location

This property offers an ideal location amongst the Cancún hotels. Guests have close access to the business area and the best Cancún spots and holiday attractions. Exclusive shopping, nightlife, restaurants and entertainment are just steps from the front door and beautiful white sandy beaches are only minutes away. It is 500 m to Plaza las Americas and the centre of Cancún and 1 km to links to the public transport network.

Facility

The resort has 48 single rooms and 144 double rooms, which are located on 18 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus.

Rooms

Air conditioning, central heating and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features in the rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. The resort has 192 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. A variety of refreshing drinks await guests at the pool bar. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the resort, including a gym and aerobics. Children are well looked after in the kids' club.

    We absolutely love Krystal Urban hotel, the staff is unbelievably nice but our favorite part is seeing Rosa at the Starbucks cafe!! She is such a delight, so friendly and always remembers my coffee order! She is the BEST!!!!!     The staff are friendly and courteous, especially during the morning and midday shifts. Jesus, Gilberto, and the Expedia rep all went above and beyond, and the café staff were great as well. The onsite restaurant team is very welcoming.My only issues were the lack of access to a microwave and the dirty items left by the stairway on the 6th floor, with the door left open. For the value, it’s not a bad environment—just needs some upgrades to the exterior. The beach club amenities make it all worth it.     The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and helpful here 🥰 i had a pleasant experience while there on a medical tourism trip. they made me feel safe and cared for while completing an intense medical procedure. i highly recommend and Rosa at the take a bite star bucks is very kind and respectful and went out of her way to help me with my spanish even, she made my coffees perfectly ever time ❤️🙏🤍she went the extra mile to make me feel at home.
