    Had an excellent stay at Tropical Suites! The room and bathroom was very clean, the a/c was the perfect oasis from the heat/humidity outside. There was a mini fridge we could store food that we had left over from the several great restaurants that are a very quick walk away. Two restaurants just across the street, several other great restaurants in the main town. Close to town and close to the beach, lots of wonderful shops and restaurants to explore. Jonathan was so helpful and gave us a guide for activities we could set up thru the hotel. He also called us a taxi when it was time for us to check out and get to the ferry. Such a wonderful place to stay and will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit, which is hopefully very very soon! Thank you!

    We went there with two kids 8 & 12. Just walked in And booked on the spot for one night . Very Friendly . Book in the hotel instead online (Its cheaper). Big rooms , GREAT bed, clean And great service . Nice pool! First time in Mexico we had the feeling She Truly wanted to help us instead of making money of us.     We stayed here for 4 nights, and could not have been more pleased with our decision. Although we spent most of our days out enjoying the island, Tropical Suites was the perfect hotel to come back to in the evenings to rest and recharge. Out room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, AC worked well, and the water was hot (although took a few minutes to warm up). They serve breakfast on the rooftop and there is also a nice pool, but we did not use either. The location is perfect - a quick 5 minute walk to the town center and about 8 minutes to the beach. I recommend renting bikes to tour the island and there is a bike rental shop around the corner from the hotel. The staff at the hotel were friendly and always willing to assist with any needs and/or questions. Definitely recommend!     Upon our arrival, we were greeted by hotel manager, I believe his name was Carlos. He was very attentive.. we arrived earlier than check in time. He made arrangements to room us immediately as he saw we were with little ones. He and the staff were great. The breakfast was inexpensive and Edwardo the server was very kind and informative.     Oasis in paradise…great for young families ready to chill.

    Great for families of any age. Spacious rooms. Close to town, but a few blocks away from nightlife noise, so peaceful in evening. Rooftop breakfast amazing and affordable. International feel. Get to meet people from all over the world. Kids 13,11, 7, played in pool every morning before we went out to enjoy the many pleasures of Holbox. Owner/ Manager goes out of way to make your stay more enjoyable. We were there during spring break and it still felt Chill and not overcrowded even though rooms were sold out. This place is probably even better in offseason. Will come back to swim with whale sharks and stay here for sure! Thank you!
