First time in Cancun all inclusive hotels where the food was not the highlight. Did not enjoy the food quality or taste. The buffet area was really small compared to other hotels we’ve been before. Service was great, friendly staff, room clean, big, and comfortable. Overall hotel cleanliness was great. The pool is small. I did not used the water park but looked good. The Hotel has no theater thus the shows take place next to the pool. The seats to enjoy the show are the sun loungers (8 to 10) facing the area where the show takes place. If you don’t get there 30 min to 1 hr before to get the few seats available, you end up on the floor or the stairs in front of the pool. Great trip with the family. The beach and pool are well maintained. Food and beverages at the pool were delicious. Rooms are spacious and beautiful. We slept really well after long days outside on the resort. It took 45 minutes for them to take our order and then when my Caesar salad came out, they gave me a chunk of lettuce. It wasn’t even cut up. Then half our table got their food first and then we waited another 15 minutes for our food to come out. The fettuccine Alfredo was soupy and the steak was subpar. Server was nice I guess but oblivious.
