Location

The beach hotel is only 20 minutes by ferry from Isla Mujeres of Cancún and the city centre. Cancún International Airport is 20 minutes away (roughly 60 km).

Facility

The hotel has 33 double rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (no extra charge) or in the car park (no extra charge).     We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Na Balam. It's clean and quiet and has a great breakfast. The location is perfect or Playa Norte. We'll be returning!

    Lush jungle vibes with a pool area that feels like a tropical escape. It’s truly a gorgeous place to relax and enjoy the scenery. However, the air conditioning left a lot to be desired. For such a beautiful and well-designed space, better climate control is a must—especially in the Isla Mujeres heat. A lovely spot, but be prepared to stay warm indoors.

    The quietest, most beautiful hotel. It is basic amenities and no restaurant (you go to the Jaguar for the free breakfast) and they are very protective of the towels but the pool area is breathtaking and the included beach club beds are just what you need.

    The staff was very friendly and let us check in early. The pool is cool and shaded. The free breakfast across the street was absolutely delicious! The beach is only steps away, I would’ve given it a 5 but the beds are hard as a rock 😔 only thing I would change. Just don’t forget your bug spray.
