    The hotel is beautiful, with stylish decor inside and a beach resort-like feel in the pool area, even though the hotel is downtown. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the modern amenities. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of tasty options, and the staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly, in particular Alexis, Santiago and Eric. The location is convenient as a point of departure for daytime tours to cenotes, ruins, or islands, and the hotel offers an optional beach day pass at their sister resorts in the hotel zone.     We had an amazing stay at the hotel! Everything was perfect from the room to the service. The breakfast was especially outstanding, a huge thank you to Erick Suarez and Santiago who took such great care of us every morning.     Lovely hotel with friendly staff.
