This resort is located in Isla Mujeres, right on the beach.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services include a babysitting service, a car hire service, 24-hour room service and a laundry service.

Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a TV, a games console, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The resort has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. There is a poolside snack bar as well. The resort offers outdoor sports, including tennis, beach volleyball, volleyball, crazy golf and golf. With jet skiing, catamaraning, kayaking, snorkelling, diving and aquafit available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym, yoga and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a beauty salon, massage treatments, thalassotherapy treatments, anti-ageing treatments and Ayurveda treatments. Entertainment options and leisure facilities include a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. All-inclusive can be booked. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. The resort also offers snacks. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Our welcome at the resort was very warming. We were greeted by staff and given a beverage upon arrival. The room was clean and stocked well with water and beverages. Daniel at the pool and entertainment team always made us feel like family! I’m not sure what we would have done without him! Tommy at the towel station was always willing to save us seats so that the kids could have a home base all day. The children loved the foam party and once again Daniel was soooo incredible in getting the kids involved in all the activities! We enjoyed the food at the pool bar as well the Indian restaurant. Again I can’t express how amazing Daniel with entertainment was!

    If you want a huge hotel this is it. We prefer smaller more quaint hotels but we decided to try Planet Hollywood out. Upon arrival it took about 2 hours to check in so we grabbed a drink at one of the many bars located in the main area. Rooms are nice and clean with daily service they also offer room service on the app which is great for an early morning coffee.It is quite a trek to the beach, we were at the back end of the resort and we times the walk to the beach at 12 minutes from the room (another reason I love smaller hotels) They have a great bar on the beach, and the beach is beautiful with a great view of Isla MujeresThe food is good, breakfast is the usual fair with a Mexican twist, the steak house was great and the Italian was actually pretty good. You can also grab a pizza from the Italian during the day. There is a burger joint that made pretty good burgers a fries for a quick bite after the beachThe coffee shop has a line up for most of the day, you would think that a hotel that size would have more than 1 I am not one for nightly entertainment but it was good here, it never makes or breaks a vacation for me. There are quite a few bars around the resort to get drinks after dinner with nice sitting areas throughout. We did go to the Hotel District for dinner, we found a great restaurant the last time we went to Cancun that make the best drinks and great food. Take an Uber from the hotel its much cheaper than a cab. We picked a week that was pretty cold, so we didn't go into the water on the beach (we are not pool people) we had to go to the shopping center la Isla Shopping center, to buy clothes for night as we didn't expect it to be that cold (15 degrees C at night) That put a damper on the week as well so we nit picked at things that wouldn't normally bother us. None of which would make or break the tripWould I go back?     Resort ok, but how can an all-inclusive run out of beer?

    The first 2 days were great. Then come Monday and Tuesdsy by 10:30 am both days the pool bar was out of beer. Who runs out of beer at an all inclusive??Who does not restock at night??Then they also both days ran out of ice.Can't make pool drinks/frozen drinks with no ice.At 10:30am I went to the coffee bar and she told me she was closed, I would have to walk all the way to the main buffet for coffee??Rooms were great, food was ok. But they seemed short staffed.
