This resort is located in Isla Mujeres, right on the beach.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services include a babysitting service, a car hire service, 24-hour room service and a laundry service.

Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a TV, a games console, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Sport

The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. There is a poolside snack bar as well. The resort offers outdoor sports, including tennis, beach volleyball, volleyball, crazy golf and golf. With jet skiing, catamaraning, kayaking, snorkelling, diving and aquafit available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym, yoga and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a beauty salon, massage treatments, thalassotherapy treatments, anti-ageing treatments and Ayurveda treatments. Entertainment options and leisure facilities include a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. All-inclusive can be booked. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. The resort also offers snacks. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Overall Planet Hollywood was a great place for high school young adults. They had lots to do and enjoy. Lots of food options and star class service was excellent. Property was showing some wear and tear considering it was only 5 years old. Our butler Jerry was amazing!

    Ok resort. Do not waste your money on thr star class. Only small areas to access your premium beer (coors light) and liquor spread across the resort. And omly from 10am til 12am. Staff will literally watch you pour your drink, even pull beer from the fridge an hour before 10am so you can't have one. Sure, you get a butler, they are nice, but good for only making reservations. Staff at the restaurants, fuel, and pool bars are awesome. Been to a few planets Hollywood's before, this one is definitely at the lower end. Great room, had to call about no hot water, which got fixed right away. Room service staff are great, they arrive as scheduled, only issue is selection is lacking. Especially the star class selection.

    Mexico Margs and a little Mayhem

    We just returned from a wonderful sunny week in Mexico! Our butler, Yomelly, was kind, thoughtful and attentive during our stay. He ensured we had dinner nightly, came to see us while at the pool, and even gave us a special birthday surprise. Jose, our waiter at Gusto, made our first night a blast ensuring we were looked after and comfortable; he kept the drinks flowing - he really set the tone for the week! Our pool bartenders really kept the fun going - Diego specifically at the adults pool remembered our drink orders from days before. A kind and entertaining soul!Highly recommend catching a sunrise on the beach, getting a beach massage, and spending a day at the Spa - the Blockbuster massage and facial was well worth it. Spend the money on a cabana with a swim out pool for the day! The only big negative was the Prime Travelers Club ploy - DO NOT waste your time. Don’t get sucked in when they present the “free or discounted prices” on cabanas, massages, Bali beds, etc. We wasted an entire morning and dealt with the fallout of this presentation repeatedly.All in all - worth it.
